“Great Edinburgh hotel”
Loved this hotel. The location was perfect for us, just a short stroll from the Royal Mile and a few minutes more to Princes St. Despite being in a city centre location the hotel was extremely quiet as it is tucked away down a little lane. Room was of ample size and was very comfortable. Glass door on bathroom was slightly odd but not a big issue!
“Great hotel, great price, great location”
Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were well furnished with an excellent shower. The only negative point would be the glass door between the room and the toilet which meant there wasn't much privacy.
“Modern, fab room”
I read the reviews on this place and trusted other people's recommendations. I was not disappointed. We went up for a brief 2 night weekend stay. The room wasn't massive but it was perfect for us. The decor made me want to take pictures (of a hotel room - I know how sad!) so I could replicate the style in my house. Really recommend it. Easy walking distance to everything. Feels lovely and plush. Treat yourself!
“Very convenient and comfortable”
Have stayed in Edinburgh on several occasions. This is the first time I stayed at Ten Hill Place. The rooms were very comfortable. The shower was a welcome addition. It is also conveniently located near shopping, and dining places, all within walking distance. Staff were courteous, and un-obtrusive. Would recommend this hotel highly. Will probably stay there again during my next visit.

Lovely modern hotel.The quietest accomodation in 12 years of going to Edinburgh for the festival.Breakfast was good and the staff work hard to get everybody fed without waiting.I like the location but it might be an issue if you dont want to walk.

Hotel was modern, smart, very clean. Room seemed to have been recently done up, very attractive & comfortable, bathroom very modern. Staff friendly, helpful, pleasant. Service in restaurant / bar very good. Would definitely go back.

We thought this hotel was very impressive, great location, Princess Street 10 mins walk & Royal mile & Grassmarket 5 mins walk. Very modern, spacious & clean hotel. We would highly recommend this & when we go back to Edinburgh this would definately be first in our thoughts.
“Very good hotel worth going back”
I've been to edinburgh 4 times and 4 different hotels but this one is just different from anybody else. The room is spacious and with a distinct interior is fabulous. Breakfast has a variety of choice, the restaurants and shops around the hotel are really worth going for. It's a 20 mins walk to princes st. and edinburgh castle from the hotel. The only problem i had is that there is a limited parking,but hey,this is edinburgh, the parking space here is precoius like london. I would come back to his hotel definitely and recommend to everyone.
