We have a variety of rooms which should be suitable for most needs from the single tourist to a large family. We have Double, Twin and Family rooms which are capable of sleeping between 2 and 5 people and in addition we can erect a travel cot for the very young.

“very pleasant stay”

We found this hotel very welcoming with a very well stocked room, not just 2 teabags per day but a jar of them and plenty of coffee milk and sugar. A good location on the route of many buses into the city centre. A first class breakfast which lasted us into the evening before we neede to eat again. Our only minus point was the bed which was harder than we are used to but not too uncomfortable to sleep!

“Le vrai confort Anglais”

Très beau B&B dans l'esprit Britannique. Chambre avec une grande hauteur de plafond et une literie très confortable, agréablement décorée et propre. Le breakfast du matin est très bien et très complet. Ce B&B est très proche du centre ville historique et de quelques restaurants, ce qui est très appréciable pour découvrir Edinbourg

“Friendly, clean and comfortable”

Eamonn, the owner was very friendly, although not available during check-in he came up to the room to introduce himself and offer any assistance that I may require. The room was clean, tidy and warm. The bed sheets were crisp and clean (my favourite part of staying in a hotel), with plenty of pillows to use as required. TV had freeview and the en-suite had plenty of towels.
