Everything was great! The only thing is the bedroom doors would not stay open and the windows wouldnt stay open either.

Great stay at the Ocean Serviced Apartments
Great stay at the Ocean Serviced Apartments - we were on the 6th floor (Executive apartment B24) which had an amazing view out to the sea and across the city - stunning! The whole apartment was nice and clean and the lounge/kitchen/dining area had been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is a small balcony off this area too The underground parking was great with our own designated space and lift up to the 6th floor so no hassles with parking Check in was easy with the key pick up system and the Staff in the office were really helpful with a couple of questions that we had The apartment is a short walk to the local Asda and the Newhaven Tram Stop - ideal location as a base to explore the city. A great stay, and will return!

Spotlessly clean, bright, airy warm apartment. Easy check in and out and very friendly staff. Bus stop to Edinburgh 2 minutes away with very regular service. Tea coffee and milk and basic toiletries provided. Fabulous views from most apartments. Ocean Terminal and Royal Yacht 20 minute walk. Plenty of amenities in walking distance. Faultless.

Excellent property and great communication. The team was very good in taking care of our needs. The instructions for self check-in and check-out were excellent. The apartment is in a very safe location. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Edinburgh and would like to stay away from hotels.

Arrived Friday, key instructions very straight forward. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Everything you need was in there. The bed was a little uncomfortable and possibly more milk sachets could have been left as no local shop available. Taxis are very reasonable and bus stop close by. All in all a very pleasurable place to stay for a weekend away. Would recommend.

Great spot
Love staying here. It’s about a 15 minute Uber or drive to town. But there is a big Asda right next to the location so easy to get groceries and stock the kitchen. Uber eats is also very easy to get while there. Quite, relaxing and spacious!

Spacious apartment around 15 minutes from the city centre. Comfy beds and plenty of kitchenware provided. The only downside is that the hot water is from a tank that only provides around 40 minutes hot water. We were a group of 3 girls so all washing our hair was impossible, however we spaced it out during the day and had no issues.

Great stay!
Excellent accommodation to stay at with family. Kids enjoyed it. Had to pay the extra for underground parking when I could of parked for free outside on the road. Overall, brilliant stay, great location & would come back here.

The views over the harbour area are superb. Asda store within easy walking distance, as is the bus terminal for services into the centre of Edinburgh. Underground car parking is very convenient ( lifts from basement ) . We have stayed in this property many times ( family members nearby ) - it works very well for us.

Lovely stay
Lovely stay at Ocean apartments. Apartment really clean & well furnished with amazing views. Staff really responsive to emails & arranged a late checkout easily. Unfortunately no toilet roll or dishwasher tablets replenished during stay (think because of Covid) so would be nice for longer stays to have more dishwasher tablets. Only other suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms to do makeup when bathroom mirrors are steamed up. Overall an excellent stay & we will be back.

Great base for a trip to Edinburgh
Apartments are light and spacious. Kitchens are fairly well equipped. Oddly dinner plates didn't fit the dishwater (!) but having oven is a bonus. Wooden floors lovely for most but nightmare with baby, however we brought a large polystyrene playmat which helped. Wifi was fast. Underground car park very convenient. We'd definitely stay again.

Highly recommend
Was a lovely experience, having a good amount of space for a family of 4 was perfect, out if the way of the city but easy commuting to local attractions. Would highly recommend. Easy and safe pick up/drop off of keys very good. Thankyou.

View made up for tired looking apartment
Apartment looking tired in places. Leather couches very worn. Check in process was difficult due to covid19. Key left in key safe. Key only a bit of paper with no information. Key had apartment number on it but no details of how to get to block etc. car park was great. View was amazing. Bedding superb. Was spotlessly clean. Will stay again here.
