“Would recommend”

We stayed here for a wedding, which was also hosted at the hotel. The hotel looked after our every need, e.g. request for extra towels and sewing kit no bother. Good service and excellent quality of food. Breakfast is cooked to order and offered a great selection - best poached haddock ever!

“One of the best hotels we have stayed in”

I took my husband there for his birthday, we were really inpresed with hotel and the surronding area. The staff were all extermly nice and helpful. The room was amazing and the food was very tasty we enjoyed having breakfast in our room at no extra cost. would recomend this hotel as a place to stay we loved it

“Excellent hotel, great staff and facilities”

We stayed at the Norton House Hotel for 3 days at end August 2009. Our room was clean and of a good size. Staff were very friendly and made you feel at home. Tea and coffee available in room plus fresh milk in the room fridge and complimentary bottled water. The pool and spa facilities were brilliant and although a short outside walk from the hotel it was fine. We ate in the Brasserie on 2 occasions and had lovely food and great service. We will definately return.

“We will definitely be going back; a wonderful place to stay.”

Absolutely five star. Watching 'Tilevision' whilst relaxing in the bath was a real luxury. The two restaurants offer very good food. The Brasserie had a good selection on the menu at very reasonable prices. The spa facilities were very clean and the swimming pool was one of the warmest I have used. Staff were extremely helpful;nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, very clean and had everything you could wish for in a five * hotel.

“Great Edinburgh Airport Hotel”

A great hotel for the price. Very convenient to Edinburgh Airport, yet there was little or no noise. The hotel is set in a pastorale setting that one wouldn't expect from such a convenient location. There are newer rooms and older refurbished rooms. We stayed in both on our two stops there, and were pleased with both experiences. We would commend this to anyone wanting a quiet, well maintained hotel whether you need to be near the airport or not.

“A great way to visit Edinburgh”

We wanted to go to Edinburgh for the Bank Holiday and decided to stay at Norton House rather than in the city itself. This turned out to be an excellent choice. The setting was peaceful and relaxed, the service was exemplary and the spa was a treat. And it's only a 15 minute taxi ride into the city for shopping and the like. I would recommend Norton House to anyone looking to vacation in the Edinburgh area.

“Great place for a weekend away”

The hotel was in very good condition and we were made to feel very welcome on our arrival. The spa facilities were great and made the stay even better. The resturant, bar, staff and room were all very pleasing and we would definatly concider staying there again .
