"Quiet and attentive. Nice area."
This was a delight. Loved the staff and they were attentive without be obtrusive. The room was small but I have no issue with that. The hotel is across the road from a bus stop that is so easy to use. They tell you which routes take you to the city centre and you are there in 7-8 minutes. Get a Ridacard for however many days and you can whizz around like mad. Edinburgh is glorious and the hotel's location was perfect. Buses take you direct to the centre and Waverley Street or Hay- market stations. All easy. Breakfast was sensational and there was always plenty of it. Full Scottish breakfast set you up for the day.

"Great hotel in an amazing location"
Stayed for two night in the October holidays with my husband and son. Forgot to ask for a feather free room and didn't notice until after 9 pm, within 20 mins housekeeping had stripped and remade the beds. Especially loved the views of the castle from our room and the breakfast room. Well worth a visit!

"Ideal Base for a Trip to Edinburgh"
What a great trip! Fraser Suites is superbly located as a base for an Edinburgh Trip. Located right off the Royal Mile, it is an easy walk from the Castle, Holyrood Palace, all the Old Town attractions, Princes Street and innumerable restaurants and pubs. The 1 bedroom appartment is very well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Our room had views of both Princes gardens and the Castle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

"Fantastic!!!"
We travel extensively and, more often than not, I find that hotels fall short of expectations regarding female travelers. The Scotsman is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff and service was exceptional and the attention to detail in the room can only be described as exquisite. The quality of the bed and bedding, draperies, adequate lighting for dressing, plenty of room for clothing, and enough room in the bath for my toiletries and my husbands...I could go on and on. We stayed in many hotels while traveling in Scotland, all of them top of the line, but the Scotsman was our favorite!! Tremendous location and value!

The hotel is in a fantastic location opposite a beautiful park but only 10 minutes walk to the train station. Small and friendly but with an interesting history that makes the place unique.

"Amazing apartment on the royal mile"
I chose a weekend break in Edinburgh and Stay Edinburgh was the greatest choice I could have made! The apartment was incredible, it was spacious, clean, full of amenities and right on the central portion of the royal mile! The staff were very friendly and were available whenever we needed assistance. I will certainly go back to stay Edinburgh when I'm traveling there again. It made the weekend special!

"Beautiful apartment, perfect city break"
We had a fantastic stay at Clarendon Crescent. The Eton apartment was spacious and brilliant for an extended city break, allowing us flexibility to come and go throughout the day and stay in in comfort. The interior was beautiful and the care in decoration made it particularly special. The location was fine, the walk into the new town was only 10 minutes to Princes St and 5 minutes to Rose Street. Getting to the old town and castle area was a good half hour on foot but the apartment was well served by buses throughout the day. Highly recommended.
