Edinburgh Airport is 12 kilometres west of the city centre. It’s a relatively small but modern gateway, recently redeveloped to house more food and drink outlets. An Airlink bus service connects direct with the city centre in less than 30 minutes. Close to the airport is one of the city’s most popular attractions, Edinburgh Zoo, famous for its penguins.
