“Our best stay ever!”

This trip was for our anniversary we stayed 4 nights. Rooms were clean and service was great the staff was very friendly. When we got back to our room on our anniverasry evening there was a bottle of champagne,strawberrys dipped in chocolate and a very nice card. We go on trips evey year on our anniversary this is the first time our anniversary has ever been acknowledged by a hotel. We will for sure stay there again.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at the Westin!! The parking was great, the surounding shopping was excellent. Everyone we encountered at the Westin was extremely courteous and friendly. Loved the size of the room!! It was perfect for 4 people (2 of which were young children needing to spread out). I usually have a difficult time getting comfortable and sleeping but here I did not have an issue. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the next day. The room was quiet, we didn't hear any noise from the rooms around us or the hall. This was our first stay at the Westin but not our last!!

The Westin Galleria is an excellent facility. The staff is knowledgeable and courteours. Attached to the Galleria shopping complex makes this a great value. We were in the area during a snow storm and did not need to venture into the outdoors to do our shopping.

It's a great place never had this expirance before, all staff so kind and helpful and let's not forget the rooms they are great.

We love this hotel for long weekends, but it would be a good place for the business traveler as well. Very comfortable rooms, excellent workout facilities, great location and a good value.

“Superb hotel experience, but a bit noisy.”

The Westin Edina Galleria is by far one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. The staff is wonderful, the room service and on site restaurant food is superb, and the property is very well maintained. Professionalism and courtesy was apparent in all interactions with staff. My one and only complaint is how unusually loud the doors are. The guest room doors seem to operate on a tightly wound spring mechanism, so every time a guest enters or exits a room, their door slams so loudly that the walls actually appear to shake. My trip was a leisure one, but I found it very difficult to sleep past 6:30 am due to the continually slamming doors from the surrounding rooms. I am not a light sleeper, but despite that I was startled awake from a deep sleep numerous times due to the slamming doors.

“Great suburban hotel”

This is not in the most exciting of locations, but there are a few malls and quite a few restaurants around. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful and there was always someone immediately available for any concerns, whether it was ordering car or room service or for advice on shopping and dining. I recommend this hotel location if it is in a convenient location for you.

The hotel is only a year old and rooms were beautiful and contemporary. The staff were friendly and helpful. The saltwater pool was great!
