“I would stay again.”

General clean but there was dust around the waste baskets and our bathroom sink drained very slowly. Continental breakfast was very limited but adequate. We stayed just one night for college graduation. Fulfilled our needs at a good price.

“Eau Claire was fair”

Smaller room was just right for an overnight stay. Room was quiet, despite the group of "party hardy" college students in the partking lot. Staff was friendly and recommended a nearby restaurant and coffee shop.

Definately older hotel-needs remodel in rooms & public spaces, room floors not vaccumed, beds well worn. Positives: good staff, clean bathroom

“Not too bad, but not great”

The hotel was just what it is, a budget hotel. Not bad, but nothing overly nice either. The room was nice and fairly clean, but not spectacular. The breakfast bar had the basics, but that's all. The whole hotel smelled like smoke, but all hotels that are not completely smoke-free do. Basically, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for an ok, cheap hotel, this one will do.

“Ok, for price”

I'm hotel stay was up to satisfaction... The hotel is getting ready to renovate, so it should help adding a new front desk service center,exercise room and banquet room.

“good place to sleep”

an ok place if you are just sleeping and moving on. The hallways really smell like smoke but the rooms were bare-bones average and roomy. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

For the price, the hotel is nice. It's comfortable enough and very convenient to campus. Right off of Clairmont, it's easy to get around town from there. There are certain amenities I would have liked, but for one night it was fine.

The room smelled, was a little dirty and the bed was uncomfortable.

Dark, musty room with moldy smell. Most uncomfortable bed I've ever had. A low budget place
