Nice hotel and great staff. Quiet too. Good bed.
Some bad points: difficulties to get hot water for the shower and wasn't too hot. Heat in the room is topped to 18,5.
Room was sparsely furnished, lacking bedside table, no where for toiletries in the bathroom.
If you just need a clean room, comfy bed and shower then this will work for you.
Restaurant not open for breakfast, dinner menu predominantly seafood which didn’t work with my seafood allergy so had to find another restaurant.
Simple, clean, neatly renovated, quiet, perfect and beautiful location, close to places of interest in the area - towns, ski runs, hiking, water sports, spa and more - exactly what needed on a short or longer vacation. The gourmet restaurant is a main attraction as well. Would have been nice to have breakfast included, but one can manage without.
Rooms were a good size, clean and reasonably appointed. The balcony, table and chairs are a welcome touch. Inside, there is need for a chair at the desk and a stand to place luggage on. While there's a couch, there could be a casual chair or some other soft surface to relax on beside the bed or couch. Small stuff, but inexpensive fixes. The walls are pretty thin, but, hey - again small stuff. Restaurant was definitely the key feature of the stay.
Very convenient to ski hill, town of Magog many places to dine, shop and most of all run trails. Beautiful scenery. Friendly service and very clean hotel.
Nice facility, but warning; shower floor very slippery & compounded with type of soap they supply.

Very quiet location. Rustic on outside but modern on inside. Was just there overnight but would love to go back to spend time in the area. Highly recommend.
Upon arrival there was no indication of office location. I tried the door which appeared to be a restaurant (it was locked). I was getting back in my car when the door was opened, this apparently is the office. I checked in and went to my room on 2nd floor. The room itself was o.k., looked clean. There was no clock, no chair to sit at the desk in the room. Hot water takes several minutes to begin although is very hot when it starts. Shower is quite dangerous with no hand grabs, it was extremely slippery for some reason. There is no breakfast nearby as the "restaurant" only opens for dinner. This place is isolated with no businesses around. Made coffee only to find the powdered creamer had tiny bugs in it. As a whole this place was very disappointing.
The property is located on a busy highway, and is noisy. Further, there are no nearby businesses or restaurants.
The room had MANY problems: no bedside lamp - had to use light switch by door for overhead light.
There was no chair with a back on which I could sit to watch TV, just two backless bar stools tucked under a counter. I had to take an outside chair and bring it in.
The beds were really close to the floor and did NOT have headboards.
There was a noise behind the refrigerator that went on and off all night.
All faucets, furniture, and fixtures were cheap-looking and felt insubstantial.
I didn't like that the price on Expedia was more than if I gone directly to the hotel web site.
