Avions un événement à 16h, heure de prise de possession de notre chambre ... Merci à la personne à la réception de l'hôtel qui nous a accomodés, à 14h15 nous étions dans notre chambre.

“Ski Trip”

The staff were very nice but the inn is starting to show it's age. It could use some upgrades.

“Misleading”

Based on the advertisement the pictures were mostly of the countryside which is beautiful. Our room was right by the lobby on the ground floor. We came back at 3pm and the room was not cleaned and the maid had left our ground floor patio door open but was not even doing our room and was down the hall cleaning another guest room.. Came back again after dinner and the patio door was open again. The ad was misleading advertised as a 3 star and I would say 2 star would be pushing it. Was more like an old motel room. Would not go back to this hotel but would return to Bromont.
