Great place to stay
Even though it was a little hard to find them in the first place, the hotel is very clean and nice. The staffs were excellent. They were friendly and helped in every possible way to make the stay comfortable. They even booked my COVID-19 test for the return flight. There are 2-things that I think can be improved. The breakfast was very much Italian, they need to do a little better. Secondly, on the parking, there is an obstacle which you can see while entering reverse mode. They need to put some sort of signal to indicate it, especially for us coming from the US. Except for these, the stay was great, I do recommend.

Since this advertises as a basic hotel at a low price with a smallish room one may not have high expectations. However this hotel pleases beyond expectation. For me the hotel and the service was perfect.

Basic but ok for the price
The hotel has all the basics you need, air con, a comfy bed, good shower, friendly service. It is however only three stars and it shows in lack of power points in the room (1), small room, lack of much clothes space. I had a balcony which helped. No evening meal available - limited choices in walking distance, driving to eat is almost essential. They don’t take Amex - hotels.com suggests they do. Good-ish breakfast if you don’t expect more than continental style, great coffee though - morning Cappuccino was truly excellent.

The hotel and staff were very nice, kind and efficient. Clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Safe parking lot behind gate at side of hotel. This is a great place to stay for one night after visiting the sites near Tivoli, before heading off or back to Rome.

Quiet location close to sights
Friendly reception, nice helpful staff. We arrived before check in and the room was already for us which was great after a long drive.

Nice hotel
This hotel was very clean just been updated staff very helpful a little far from tivoli and villa d este but okay if you hav got a car. Breakfast was nice included in price would recommend this hotel

This hotel was really nice inside and one of the few we could find that would accommodate our family of four in one room. The hotel has clearly been updated and is very modern. It was a little hard to find. The neighborhood appeared a little sketchy - the biggest drawback to an otherwise nice spot which served our need for a quick overnight stay near the autostrada.

Stanza economy con pareti molto sporche, letto corto e scomodo. Ottimo il terrazzo. Il bagno è senza bidet e cieco. Telefono non funzionante e problemi con l'acqua calda. Colazione dolce soddisfacente, colazione salata scarsa. Posizione comoda e parcheggio esterno molto comodo. Camera molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia della camera.

Für eine Übernachtung war es ok , aber wenn man länger bleiben muss nein danke. Das Bad die Dusche schrecklich das sollte man unbedingt mal erneuern . Zimmer war ok auch sauber . Lg

Struttura tranquilla, colazione semplice, personale accogliente e disponibile, ottima pulizia delle stanze. Dista circa 30 minuti da Roma quindi è comodo anche per visitare la città stando così la notte fuori dal caos della città.

Foi uma experiencia não muito agradável! O Chuveiro não funcionava e não tinha sabonete. o Quarto é decorado de forma muito antiga, o colchão é horrível, a localização é terrível, somente para que necessita esta ali naquela localidade, como eu. O Café da manhã é simples. Mas estava rasuravelmente limpo. Mas pelo preço que entregam, talvez esteja querendo de mais.

Hotel molto fuori mano rispetto a Villa d'Este e villa gregoriana... c'era scritto che dovevo avere una stanza con balconcino invece niente; c'era una finestra che affacciava su una tenda sporca e fatiscente... stanza al piano terra quasi nella reception.... colazione a dir poco scarna , il misero buffet colazione sta praticamente all'entrata nella reception e c'era poco niente...

Hotel udenfor Rom
Et ude mærket hotel lidt uden for Rom, men man skal nok ikke vælge det hvis man skal med et morgenfly fra Rom - meget trafik. Området hotellet ligger i er meget kedeligt.

評判通り朝食が美味しかったです。近くにはちょっとした町もあり不便はありませんが、車でないとちょっと厳しいかも、でもホテル自体は住宅街にあり静かでいいところです。
