Room needed some repair. On r smoke detector was hanging out of the wall and the paint was peeling under the window. But the bed was very comfortable, not hard at all.
Room size was great. The staff was great considering their was kids cause trouble in the pool area. They had water clear out to the elevator and thrown towels all over. The gentlemen working the desk cleaned it all up and brought more towels inbwith no fuss.
If was a little run down but for the price that was to be expected. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Looked like they were missing pictures on the walls. Could have used a bigger ironing board. Our bathtub would not drain very fast.
We just stayed here for 5 nights. This was a pretty nice hotel. The only issues I had...1-I should have checked beforehand, but I realized the don't have a complimentary breakfast. You can get breakfast, but you have to pay for it. The 2nd thing was my fault, but I realized that we booked a room for two double beds, when I should've checked to see if the had rooms with two queen beds. The double bed just wasn't big enough for me & my husband to sleep comfortably. By the way, this is situated around a upscale shopping center. It ended up being a bonus since there were several good places to eat around and of course shopping. We flew out of Mid Continent airport which is only about 15-20 minute drive.
"Hotel needs a general clean up, fix-up, and paint."
The room was decent and fairly clean; however we were located close to the basketball court and people (mostly younger folks) and they were allowed to bounce and play basketball until 2:00+ am! It was not a restful sleep after a very long drive! Set rules and apply them for everybody's comfort!
