Brilliant customer experience. Great staffs especially the lady @the swimming area on our day of visit..... The swimming, Jacuzzi and Sauna was good experience. My kids were happy with the pool and Jacuzzi. I like too. The little downside is the short shower curtain in the bathroom. Overall experience is good. Will visit again.

Very friendly staff, excellent food, brilliant swimming pool. However ; bedroom lighting bizarre. Bathroom ceiling very low (not for anyone with mobility problems), no shower, no bath mat, central heating radiator not working and occasional noise from below. No view from window. However, great location and front of house, great food, and wonderful staff.

Accomodation was clean and good food albeit a little expensive. Went for a relaxing break but this was spoiled by dogs barking and dogs being allowed in the restaurant, not what you'd expect when paying over £150 per night.

The hotel itself is stunning and very clean, the gardens are beautiful and the staff are so friendly. The spa is gorgeous and very well organised. Its a very relaxed atmosphere and we will definatly return. Thank you flackley ash

The property itself was lovely and the food especially breakfast was first class. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside was noisy neighbour but that was just unlucky .

Lovely stay
Lovely Manor House. Very welcoming staff. Spa doesn’t have a steam room, and the saunas are single sex in the shower room, but the spa pool is lovely and hot and the pool nice and cool. Restaurant is very nice, food really good. We felt rejuvenated after our stay!

Looking at various photos of rooms on the hotel website it would appear that some rooms have been fully refurbished. Our room (no 52) was adequate but being located over the gym we could hear people running on the treadmill or lifting weights fairly early in the morning. We found the mattress a little hard and the duvet a little on the thin side for this time of year. The room was clean but felt a in need of some TLC especially the bathroom.The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We would return but not to that particular room.

Beautiful country house hotel. Very welcoming and friendly. Staff superb, especially Georgia and Emma. Dinner was fantastic. Food gorgeous. Staff serving at dinner were wonderful. Very expensive for what you got. Felt very dated and cleanliness was poor, for example there were multiple bugs smushed into the net curtains in our room, which definitely needed replacing and room smelt strongly of damp. Would not stay here again.
