“Overnight stay to attend a party.”

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were very friendly and efficient, especially the breakfast staff. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Very warm welcome at Reception and help offered to find the location of the place we were visiting next day. Lovely seaview room. Spacious and recently refurbished. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent even though they were full at breakfast time. Can't understand why more people don't dine there. Plenty of choice and reasonable prices (bar food as well as restaurant menu). The only tiny niggle we had was that the room was very warm and the radiator would not turn off (even though the guest directory in the room said each room had this facility. It just meant we had to leave the window open all the time and I guess the traffic might disturb some people. All in all though, The hotel is well worth another visit when we are in the area. Very good value for money.

Clean, friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast and prices in hotel bar were not excessive like many hotels.

“Good but pricey”

The entrance and reception didn't impress me . There was tired '70s look about it with industrial feel lighting and the reception being one of those holes in the wall reminiscent of a works canteen counter. For the price I paid (which was over the top in my view ). I would expect parking to be automatically available but i realise that when there are more visitors than carpark spaces, that cannot be. The room was very good and too big for my needs. I was looking for single room and got one with capacity to sleep 4. This should have been made clearer by the hotel and /or Expedia before I booked. The hotel was very clean and well presented generally and the position is very good having at the front a good view of what is pribabaly the best ie least spoiled seafront bit of Hove / Brighton . The breakfast was standard for this kind of restaurant.
