The breakfast was not a real meal. It was tiny muffins and a very small packaged fruit cup. No hot food or oatmeal. No variety. We actually laughed when we saw it.

We offer coffee, tea, choice of juice, granola bars, fruit cups, muffins and water. I am sorry that it was not what you expected but it has been the same for the past several years. This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, very dirty and smelly. Rooms smelt like cigarettes , my mother who has asthma was unable to sleep in the room due to the high smell. Carpets were dirty there was also dust in the coffee maker and the nightstand. The hotel is very outdated . But the real issue for me was the cigarette smell very unpleasant. Also was told that the grab n go breakfast was from 6-9 , got to the breakfast room at 8:30 and they were already packed up. I was offered coffee and a granola bar. WOULD NOT be staying at another Wyndham hotel.

Hello Shalane, I was quite surprised by your review, we strive for clean rooms for all our valued guests. We shampoo our carpets often and I apologize if they were not cleaned to your liking. We are here 24 hours a day & would have been happy to move you to a different room. The entire hotel is smoke free. I am also confused about the breakfast, I was here & breakfast did not close till 9 am. Perhaps you did not realize that it is Wyndham's Super Start Breakfast and is only meant to be a light start to your day. It includes coffee, tea, and a breakfast item, We offer fruit cups, granola bars, choice of juice, water and muffins. You were offered breakfast. no elevator. The door to 2nd floor from the stairwell didn't close and the door close mechanism wasn't adjusted to close slow or was just broken, so every time some one entered is slammed and did not close.

I usually stay for 2 nights, but this time my partner and I booked for a week. Never again. Was not as calming as it usually was. Extremely loud people stumping on the floor 2a in the morning. Don't get me wrong, I know it's a motel there will be noise just never experienced it around that time. Had a blackout without a generator it seemed. The staff took care of the situation as soon as they could. Was charged more then was agreed upon on Expedia. Did not complain, just won't again. Nice staff, but will probably stay somewhere else if we vacation 3 days or more.

The staff were lovely. However, the floors in the room and hallways are not at all flat, very dippy and uneven. Would not recommend for anyone with balance issues. Beds were a thin spring mattress on a hard platform, and were very uncomfortable. But it was very convenient for where we were going.

Not bad for a 2 star hotel. Be careful coming in at night - a left turn on GreenTree drive is hard to find. Road construction and bad lighting don’t help. It is just past a highway entrance ramp. If you miss it, you will enter a dark cemetery looking for a place to turn around.

Staff were very nice. The room had a nice clean smell to it, beds were clean and comfortable. The carpet in the room looked a bit worn down. The bathroom needs a little care. Overall not a bad spot for a night’s stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable and pverall I would say that our stay was wonderful. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the refrigerator. It needed more clearance on the bottom becaise the door dragged along the carpet. The shelves were also coated with something thick amd sticky. The substance was clear so it would be easy for housekeeping to miss. Also, it froze everything we put in it .

We stayed here for 1 night passing through PA. Alicia at the front desk is so helpful and accommodating. Place was very quiet and the construction around it makes it a little confusing to find but otherwise we had no issues and would recommend.
