“Suited us!”
We stayed for two nights. Check in was quick and easy. The room was nice and large and everything worked. Excellent breakfasts and the evening food was very good. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to a Park and Ride so to get into Hull was very easy. We would certainly stay there again.
“Very impressed with the staff”
I would like to say that the receptionist (Matthew Barry) was one of the best I have encountered he was so helpful and so professional and so friendly that I felt I was with friends, a really lovely experience.
“Very Nice Yaar!”
Excellent experience. Stayed with my wife for 2 nights during a conference. Well looked after. Food was absolutely fantastic. A bit pricey though, but I guess you get what you pay for. There was a lot of smell of smoke as people were lighting up outside the hotel.

“Great Hotel - with an enjoyable stay”
We have stayed at a couple of Village hotels and had high hopes for this one in Hull. The hotel is on an industrial estate, but once inside the hotel was great. The hotel pool has to be the best hotel pool in terms of size that I have ever used. Only slight criticism was that the room did not have air conditioning, but they do provide a fan to cool you down. Would definitely stay there again if we were heading up that way.
“Lovely Comfortable Hotel”
I had originally booked a double room the night before. When I arrived at the hotel around 7.30pm it was clear they were very busy, I later learned there were two wedding parties at the hotel. I checked in and got my room key but when I entered my room I had twin beds and it appeared as though I had been given one of their accessible rooms for people with disabilities. I rang down to reception to explain and was dealt with very quickly and politely. As I suspected they had run out of double rooms but they said if I could wait half an hour or so they could push two twins together and move me to a room on the 4th floor. The room I was moved to was overall more comfortable than the previous. You could argue that they could have just done this in the first place but to be honest with the speediness and friendliness that I was dealt with I can't complain at all and overall I was extremely pleased with my stay.
“Nice hotel”
Very clean and comfortable hotel and we had a superb quiet nights sleep even though the hotel was crowded with a wedding. We had a lovely 3 course meal on the special nights menu, well worth it. Would stay here again if in the area.
“Good Business Hotel but no other places to eat near the hotel”
This is the second time I have stayed here on business. The rooms are nice, bed it very comfortable, bath is nice. The hotel has several amenities so you do not need to leave. However, it always has a bit of the bar vibe going on - dance music playing at breakfast is a bit much. The rooms do not have a mini-fridge or a jetted tub as the web site suggests. The location is in an industrial area - mostly car dealerships. You will need to drive into Hull if you want to eat someplace else. The location is near the highways so its easy to get around
“Not bad”
Going by the description of the rooms it says: jetted bathtubs, in room refrigerators, complimentary toiletries and satelite TV. We had no jetted tubs, no fridges, no toiletries and the satelite TV consisted of regular terrestrial channels with Sky sports. The breakfast was good for a hotel, the evening meal was of little poor quality. The aspargus and hollandaise was missing the hollandaise and the asparagus was a little undercooked and woody.
