“Great Service with more than a smile!”

The staff were so helpful. 3 blokes on a lads weekend & yet they treated us like royalty. Nothing was too muc. The safe wasn't working in our room so they gave us the room next door as well, not just for the use of the safe but just to make our stay mor comfortable. No extra charge. Great....but not just a lads hotel. Ideal for couples & families. Thoroughly recommended.

“Seafront on your doorstep!”

Although we spent much of our time exploring the surrounding area, this hotel was lovely to come back to. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and spacious. The seafront was also 30 seconds walk away, a definate bonus! The only downside for us was that we went during april before the tourist season had begun. I would definately go back but later in the year!

“Très bien situé, extrêmement pratique”

Situé à cinq minutes de la plage et proche de toutes commodités. Chambres propres bien qu'un peu étroites. Nous y étions en couple avec notre bébé de 1 an, et l'hôtel nous avait installé un lit bébé. Excellent service, le personnel était particulièrement aimable et serviable (bien que parfois un peu distrait).

“Acceuil de qualité”

Je recommande cet hôtel car il est idéalement situé. On peut facilement accéder à la plage à pied de l'hôtel en marchant 2 minutes. Il est aussi situé à proximité d'une petite rue piétonne où l'on trouve de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. La qualité de l'acceuil est très bonne et compense la moquette qui aurait grand besoin d'être changée. Ce petit hôtel est très agréable en comparaison des grosses structures que je fréquente habituellement, il offre une taille humaine et une impression de service individualisé qui est bien agréable, de plus il est très calme ce qui est rare. Je n'ai entendu aucun des voisins pendant mon séjour qui a duré 4 nuits.

“Bon rapport qualité/prix”

Prix de la chambre et du petit-déjeuner très abordables. Chambre propre et suffisamment équipée (télé, sèche-cheveux...). Très bien situé : à côté de la plage et des restos. Accueil très sympathique. N'hésitez pas à demander des renseignements pour sortir, manger...

“Lovely location and town”

The hotel made us feel very welcome and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The rooms are small but cosy though the bath tub is half-size compared to UK ones. The location was perfect with the beach just 100 yards away and the beach itself is lovely with distant views of the Pyrenees.

“Not as expected”

Very basic for a 3 star hotel and is considerably run down compared to the pictures that are shown of it. Bathrooms are tiny! Cleaning of rooms on a daily basis was poor enough. Location is very handy, only a few yards from the beautiful beach. When asked for anything staff were very helpful.

“Wouldn't stay again”

Disappointed with the state of the bathroom. The showed had fallen off the wall and there was no shower curtain so each time we showered the bathroom was flooded. The staff were friendly but couldn't speak any English.

hotel bien placé (près de la plage et et de la rue pietonne avec bar resto et boutiques, proche du centre ville) très bon petit dej simple mais sympa (mais pas un 3 étoiles)

“Don't Go !”

The hotel is extremely grubby and in need of a complete refurbishment . The bathroom had no shower curtain;walls were disfigured by rails having been pulled off and no attempt made to fill jagged holes. Carpets everywhere were dirty and stained. No lift and no offer of help with cases.The outside of the building looks 'lost '.. dead and dying plants etc. I can't believe that this is a three star hotel it has more the feel of a run down youth hostel . The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were quite helpful.
