Exceeded my exception. This is a great place for an extended stay. My room was super clean and well equiped for an extended stay. Comfortable beds and always hot shower. Good in-room internet access. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. FREE PARKING unlike Howard Johnson who charges $15 per night & also charges your guess per minute for parking I will stay here again and recommend you too, if you need a nice safe place to stay in this area of Newark NJ.

Rooms were large and clean. Good breakfast. Good staff. Only thing I didn't like was the airport shuttle. On the internet they advertise 24 hour shuttle. However when we reached the airport at 11 PM we were told shuttle will not be available as its too late and we should have called them before we reached the airport. Somebody should tell them what 24 hour shuttle means! Other than this, everything else was great!

Staff members were great. Front desk members were really nice and helpful. Even made an early check in at no cost. Good breakfast. Everything was nicely clean but the rugs had an odd smell other than that it was nice and clean.had a rifrigerator and microwave. Nice place to rest

Pros: Hotel was in very good condition.
Cons: They should keep 1-3 nights people (between 1st-3rd floor) and over 3 nights only deserve to be on 4th-7th floors or permanent clients only.
Location: I dont know much about the area, I cant advice here.
I've small business and I travel to New York often, but this one is my first hotel, which have impressed me with price & service. It is nearby almost everything (supermarket, fast-foods, banks, bus stops, pharmacy etc). If I say front desk team was nice, then I have to say housekeeping team was very nice. I would like to say special thanks to Mr. Chirag who dropped me personally when he found all drivers were busy, I find him very polite & down to earth. I would surely book this hotel again, whenever I get land on Newark Airport.

check in was simple. Staff were helpful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Pro - hotel is located 10 min walk from the Brick Church station. Very easy to reach New York city. Parking space was good. Cons - Corridors and rooms had a strange smell. Room carpets were dirty. Neighborhood wasn't great. You don't feel safe walking from the station to the hotel.

Pros: NOT ONE THING OTHER THAN LEAVING
Cons: THE STAFF IS RUDE AND HAS NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGEMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT NIGHT.
Location: HAD NO TIME FOR THINGS TO DO. INTERESTED IN A NIGHTS SLEEP AND THAT WAS AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION WITH A VERY RUDE AND UNCARING STAFF.
ADVERTISES AIRPORT SHUTTLE, DOES NOT SAY ONLY TO A CERTAIN TIME. WHEN WE ARRIVED IT WAS LATE BUT NO MENTION OF A PROBLEM. TOLD TO TAKE A TAXI TO THE HOTEL, AN ADDITIONAL $33.00. AFTER BEING TOLD NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS THIS WITH WE FINALLY WERE GIVEN A ROOM. (A NON-SMOKING ROOM THAT MUST HAVE BEEN MADE NON SMOKING THAT VERY DAY) THE SMELL WAS PREVALENT ON THE WHOLE FLOOR AND NOTHING ELSE AVAILABLE. ( KIND OF LIKE TAKE IT OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE) WE HAD ONLY SIX HOURS TO GET SLEEP AND BE BACK TO THE AIRPORT FOR A FLIGHT IN THE MORNING. I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME IN THE NEXT DAY OR SO AND DISCUSS COMPENSATION FOR THE NECESSITY OF THE ADDED EXPENSE OF THE TAXI BUT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK AND NO CONTACT. I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AND WILL DO ALL I CAN TO NOT STAY IN A RAMADA IF THIS IS ANY INDICATION OF THE SERVICE THEY OFFER.

Very poor! Won't recommend anyone with a family to stay there. I booked the stay for 5 days initially - i cancelled my booking and checked out early morning as the hotel location looked dodgy and the room and the whole hotel was really unclean

Pros: 1. Just 2 Blocks near Station and 20 mins to Penn Station. 2. Rooms are comfortable with Microwave, Refrigerator, Iron, Chair/Table.
Cons: 1. Rooms are noisy. 2. Poor Wifi. 3. Breakfast is same for 7 days a week. Expecting Varieties.
Location: 1. Average Location. No Malls or happening place near by. Near to Brick Church station. 25 Mins to Penn Station. 2. Fearing at night after 10 Pm.
Experience is Overall good. I stayed there for couple of weeks. I couldnot find cheaper hotel with such facilities on Internet. Rooms are clean and comfortable with Breakfast and Airport Pickup and drop. However little feary at night after 10 pm. There is nothing to visit nearby like Malls etc. so you have to go in train or catch a bus. Only thing is nearby ShopRite which is big departmental store where you get varieties of packed food. Wifi Services is less than average especially 5 floor and above. However I have asked for change a room. Recommended for Students, or who has to spend only night at hotel or who doesnot want to go outside of hotel.
