“Great New Hotel”

We stayed for two nights and were very happy. Large room with no carpeting (I think it was Pergo). Large bathroom and shower. Very similar to an American hotel with all of the amenities. Clean and spacious with a good size patio area to sit and eat or read.

“excellent restaurant”

This is a great hotel. Food was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is new and there is still some work going on during the day but did not interfere with stay. Would stay here again. Also has limited underground parking.

“NIce Hotel”

Very modern, parts still under construction, but this is not really an issue. Fitted to a very high standard with contemporary decor whilst maintaining a grand old hotel feeling. Really does work well.

“very impressed!”

it was great fun being a guest at this hotel. why? it is a brand new hotel in old building. nice and modern refurbishment. very friendly staff. the only thing is that they are still building part of the hotel, so expect some construction work in the coming months. restaurant also very good. personally, this would not withhold me from going.

“Great Gent hotel”

The beds are great, best nights sleep ever. Do not leave it too late to go for breakfast as it gets busy and you will have to wait for a table but it is a very good breakfast.

“Excellent Hotel”

Excellent hotel, would recommend to anyone. Staff very helpful and friendly Room, beautifully decorated, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Would not hesitate to stay there again, it's in the centre, so within walking distance of the sights.

“recommended”

Actually the best thing about the hotel is it's location-easy walking disdance from all the historical attractons that make up this great city. The historical exterior hides a modern well appointed hotel. It is not cheap and could become much more so than the room rate but we ate out for all meals and for us as travellers all this is part of the fun and charm of travelling. It was a great way to end our trip

“Sandton hotel Gent”

Tres beau hotel, tout neuf, dans le centre de Gand. Personnel tres agreable, souriant, tres aimable. Il manque des infos au receptionnistes, elles ne connaissent pas les chambres, ne peuvent pas donner les infos sur les differences des catogories des chambres. Les souhaits des clients ne sont pas note, donc oublie au bout d'une nuit. Dommage! Papier toilette comme du papier journal, dommage pour un etablissement quatre etoile.
