Good value hotel close to Gent centre.
Close to the centre of Gent with a tram stop directly outside to take you to the train station, or a 20 minute walk. Beds comfy, rooms clean and warm ,shower hot, good for the price. Cafés nearby if going out for breakfast. Other guests were noisy late one evening but this was quickly resolved by the night staff. The walls are a little thin. I have stayed here before some years ago and would stay again.

Overall ok for a couple of nights. Concerns of carpeted floor, washable would be better. Bed topper & mattress continually moved, needs individual joined mattress to stop feeling other occupants movements. No drawer space at all & just open shelves with only 5 hangers in open rack. No bedside table on one side. Tiniest shower room ever seen with high step up to shower cubicle. Lots of mosquito bodies on ceilings etc. Not well sound insulated, can hear conversations in corridor etc.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel doesn’t seem to be a 3 star grading as the rooms were very basic, tiny bathrooms and could do with a refresh as it generally felt dated. The location is good as it is within walking distance to the nearby square and some restaurants. Noise was however an issue as we could hear people in the street, the tram and people in the corridor and above the room. The bed was hard and the pillows thin with little support.

Superb value for money and a pleasant stay.
The stay was excellent and beyond my expectations. Though the room was on the small side, the design was excellent and we never felt claustrophobic. We had all essentials for a short stay. For a longer stay, a small fridge and a safe, would be helpful. The staff at the desk were all very helpful and pleasant. They are second to none.

Fantastic location, great customer service. Rooms are small but they tell you that. Shower head wasn’t good so addressing that issue would be nice.

Exceeded my expectations.
I was really impressed with the quality. I expected less with it being a budget hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was close, easy, affordable. Breafast was really, really good.

Incorporated garage to the hotel. However charge for the parking very high! Requested NON-Smoking room, but the smell was obviously of previous smokers tenants! Beds VERY unstable. Matresses coming off the frame!

We were only there for a night. The rooms are quite small but functional. The check in process was easy and the location is a good in between from the train station and city center. We didn’t get breakfast but it was very full when we left

Best IBIS I stayed in .The location was great ,the room was constructed well .The staff were excellent Jan checked us in ,Daisy was very helpful with all my questions throughout our stay. Rebecca at reception always had a smile and cheerful made your stay uplifting. Rebecca went to extreme lengths to help me with my phone and airline check in and government locator forms. She deserves a reward for her kindness.

Avoid the noisy hotel rooms on the 1st floor
Room on the first floor was above the kitchens or store area which was very noisy from trolleys and moving goods etc. Also the window looked out over a building site that started working at 6.30am, I arrived at the hotel at midnight so had little chance to sleep.

部屋やシャワーは少し狭めなので、滞在目的によっては不十分に感じられるかも。とはいえ、ホテルでゆっくり過ごすことを重視する等でなければ十分。トイレやシャワーに不具合はなく、ベッドも快適。何より、レセプション、ダイニング・バー、清掃、いずれもスタッフが非常に親切で、不便や不安なく滞在できる。周辺は安全で便利。
