“Good value for a nice hotel”

The hotel is very nice. I'm not sure I'd call it a 5-star, but the prices were not 5-star and I found a very good value. The location is within an easy walk to any of downtown Dusseldorf and very easy access to the train station. Rooms were clean, comfortable, reasonably sized, and staff was great.

Excellent service. Room was very quiet although a little drab. Wonderful health club at the top but was disappointed with Euro 15 daily charge for guests.

The hotel was fine for a weekend break, no complaints about the room or standards, the drinks in the bar where on the expensive side but other than that I would quite easly go back.

All this hotel needs is a facelift. Spa is high end...but tired Some rooms are upgraded....but others are not. The ones that are not, are still nice, clean and fine....but needs upgrading. proximity to great and authentic Japanese restaurants!!!!! Cigar and Scotch selection is good, and a great place ti unwind.

“Pleasing stay”

Having stayed at the hotel previously i had no hesitation in returning. There were new rooms available which were very nice and up-to-date. However the day before i left the room wasnt cleaned at all. Also the coffee machine leaked water everytime i used it. I have to say i was surprised as my previous stays have been great. Great location only being a 5 minute walk from city.
