The room had no individual a/c units, the system had been change to heat and our room was 80 degrees. we were told to open the window. no elevator and srairway access was terrible, We did not stay.

super close to everything but thats just moab anyways. beds were made every day. free breakfast. check in and out was fine. ac worked. no microwave in unit though, have to use one in the hallway. bed was comfy. totally fine place.

Room was clean, mattress was thin and hard, sink faucet leaked, hot tub water was tepid, breakfast adequate but on the skimpy side.

Thank you for leaving this feeback. I'm glad you generally enjoyed your stay. I did just want to say that if the hot tub was not hot, then we likely changed the water that day. It takes a while for all of that water to heat up. We do keep it clean. Thanks again! We hope to see you in the future.

Our room was clean, the shower was great, and the air conditioner was working. The only two negatives were that the hot water tap squealed and the whole faucet moved when you tried to turn it on and the main over head light flickered…both things that we could work around. The breakfast offered was very minimal we ended up going out for breakfast.

No AC in our room. Had to open the windows for the cool air but the traffic noise was constant til after 11pm and bright and early in AM. Missing a shower curtain & called desk once we noticed it. I was 3rd degree questioned about why I was just contacting them about it & why I didn’t notice it sooner. He finally brought one up. Our room was nice and big. Hot tub in middle of parking lot, on busy road was done nicely. Enclosed in nice deck with tall wooden walls to provide some privacy.

The room was spacious and very clean. The night clerk’s customer service was top notch. I arrived after midnight and she already had a room and keys available which made checkin easier.

Not Recommended.
I would not recommend this MOTEL. The pictures are definitely doctored and filtered. There are no elevators, only outdoor stairs. There is no pool, only a small caged in jacuzzi right next to the highway. The staff was less than excited to help.

* AC wasn't working. * Lots of bugs in bed and everywhere in the room. * CO/Smoke alarm was always beeping. * Breakfast - When I called them, they mentioned that a "Free Continental Breakfast will be provided which includes sausage and scrambled eggs". When I skimmed, those were either not accessible or had run out.

Nice room. Lighting could be improved with a centralized ceiling light. Had two switches at the entry - never did figure out what the second one was for. Do like the sink being separate from the toilet/tub. Nice to have a side chair in the room in addition to the desk chair. Hoping breakfast meets our needs. Tomorrow will tell😊 Front desk person, Emma, very personable.
