“Really loved this hotel!”
Loved the hotel for many reasons. The people were great! Always friendly and helpful. The view was fantastic! Our room was great. Roomy and comfortable. Even tho you knew other people were staying there, we had our privacy and it was quiet. We even saw a bear run across the road on our way up to the Lodge!!! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!!
“Very nice - hard to find”
The room was resort quality and I would love to stay there again, for longer than just one night, but...finding the place was the worst part of it. It is quite a ways out of town and the sign is very tiny.
“Pleasant Time at Tamarron”
We spent 3 days and nights at Tamarron. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, quiet, and had a lovely view. We used the hot tubs and swimming pool and they were very nice. The staff were responsive and helpful. It's a nice drive down to Durango and up further into the mountains. We would certainly be happy to stay there again.

I would return to the Tamarron, the accomodations were great, the golf course was fabulous, and the staff very friendly and accomodating.

Very, very comfortable room. The pool was awesome and the room had a beautiful view.
“Very satisfied”
It was a wonderful choice for our family of four, the room offered a place to prepare meals and was spacious, the pool was fun for the kids (aged 7 and 11) and it was quiet at night.

Was pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Lodge at Tamarron. Please be aware that it is about 10 miles North of Durango, but that wasn't a problem. They were happy to move us to a "members" room so we could golf. The rooms were very clean. We will be back!
“Would go back”
For the most part this hotel is really nice. The beds are really had and the bedspreads were a little dirty. That would be my only complaint about our stay. The food was expensive, but well worth the money. The kids loved the pool.
