“Nice comfortable, modern layout.”

Very clean and comfortable room. The room was large with a nice desk. It had a different layout (very modern, almost like a spaceship), but it was very comfortable.

“Centrally located, good economy accommodation”

Pros: very central and convenient location - easy walking distance to shops, university, city centre; the rooms are small and clean and contains all essentials; good general facilities (large common room with full kitchen, big screen tv etc on each floor, a computer suite with internet, large laundry and theatre); friendly and helpful staff; reasonable rates. Cons: can be a bit noisy at night because of its location.

“Great concept, great value, great stay”

Exceelent staff, excllent facilities, best shower in NZ...clean, bright, warm, felt very confortable and able to work with good internet acess. Very central, cold walk everywhere with ease. Shall be back soon.Definitelt to be reccomended

“Clean, new & great location”

This hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and about 10-15 min walk to the town centre. (About 7 mins to Cadbury's factory/shop!!) It has limited parking - some secure. Limited cooking facilities in unit, but there is a communal kitchen area Good value

“Excellent compact yet stylish hotel”

The hotel is situated in easy walking distance of all amenities in Dunedin. We had expected to rent a car to travel to see most of the sights but were pleasantly surprised to find the majority within walking distance. As I was visiting Dunedin for the first time in order to help my son settle into his first year at University, I found the location of the hotel and the friendly staff very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfortable, in expensive accommodation within the centre of Dunedin. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit.

“Clean, Simple, Convenient - Will go back again”

I have used Living Space in Dunedin and Invercargill. They are 'no frills' hotels but have everything you need in room. Always very clean, tidy and adequate. Locations are fairly central and close to required amenities. Not a holiday hotel, more suited to short stay business, stopover and budget conscious traveller. Will continue to use them.

“Cool and convenient”

Great concept. Room very small but fine for one and two tidy people would be OK. Wish I'd had time to chill out in the theatre and watch a movie. Big kitchen but no plates to eat off,
