“Perfect!”
We were only here for one night for a friends bridal shower but it was just what we needed! I am picky about what my 13mo old eats and drinks and having a refrigerator to cool items that I purchased for her, to me, was fantastic! I asked for a crib in my booking and it was in my room when we arrived--IMPRESSIVE! Most times details get over looked. Not here. I also love "free" breakast". It was not the best I have ever had, but it was nourishing. Would stay here again!!
“Relax!”
No hassles from check-in to check-out. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. Conveniently located to where I needed to be. Being able to stay took a lot of stress out of my hectic schedule.
“No Place like TownPlace!”
The total experience was wonderful; The Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again. We went during the time of the Manpower Convention, the hotel was full of guest and it was still quiet.

It was a very nice hotel. the hotel was near where we needed to be without all the ugly traffic. The staff was super friendly. Will be staying there again in the future.
“Town Place Suites Dallas DeSoto”
The hotel was awesome and very clean. No complaints as far as all of that goes. The one complaint I had was the location. The hotel is listed as the Dallas De Soto hotel but it is in Duncanville. According to pretty much every map service available, the street it is on doesn't exist. The reason for this is because there is about ten feet of driveway before you get to the parking lot that is "Travis Street." Once I got this figured out it was ok.

The service was great. I cannot find one thing wrong. The front desk people were always very postive and enthusiastic. Next time I go to Duncanville, or even if I go to Dallas, I will more than likely stay here. The experience I had was definitely worth more than what I paid.
“Awesome staff and stay!”
We reserved our room and paid in advance. Check in was less then 5 min! Our room was just what the picture showed. We had a two room suite and with 5 people staying and we we all very pleased! The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and super efficient! We needed a pack and play and they came right up with it and offered to set it up. Also got a cute little baby bath set with a rubber duck, which I thought was super adorable. They kept the pool open late for us when ever we asked. We are night owls. Loved that the house keeping cleaned and organized our room and did all our dishes for us. Also made our beds and refreshed everything! The staff was very helpful about places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Also they knew all our names by the second day and greeted us every morning when we went down for breakfast. Breakfast selection was very good and tasted great too. Very sacrificed and definintly will stay again!
“Great room could have been better the food.”
All was good except the breakfast bar. it was a joke, Staff great fantastic especially Richard super witht he kids. I think John(was the name) was very accommodating with our room and we wanted to change and they were very nice.
“Condo resortlike hotel”
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle was such a blessing. The free breakfast was really good. Fresh waffles, yogurt, fruit, muffins, bagels, cereals, juices. The rooms have full kitchens and the lobby has mini grocery store. Very homey and comfortable atmosphere!!!
