Employee was rude. Hookers around the hotel. The spa was out of service and we hd chosen this hotel for the spa

Rooms are clean and staff is very nice. Breakfast provided has good variety.

The front desk staff was very friendly, and helpful to us during our stay. We felt welcomed. We will stay there again. We enjoyed the Montclaire for a meal and it was super convenient.
