The hotel was clean, beautiful and comfortable. I disliked being given a total with taxes included at time of booking, only to arrive and get charged an extra $25.00. Although this money is refunded at check-out, not giving the total that includes an extra $25.00 is false advertising. Giving a total includes ALL charges the guest is expected to pay upon arrival, not blindsiding them with an "Oh, by the way, you have to pay an extra $25.00 now." That's dishonesty and bad business.
Staff are really nice and very welcoming. The breakfast was really good compared to most other restaurants that have free breakfast. I like the fact that they serve Starbucks coffee. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfy. Overall a good stay!
Came down to the area to look at some property and stayed in a few hotels during the trip. I forgot what chain hotel this used to be, but the renovations to the exterior and front lobby area are nicely appointed and well done. I checked in nearly 5 hours early at the cost of 5 dollars. Not bad, and the room was as it was in the pictures. I peeked in another room that was being cleaned and it was the same from what I could see but it had a large older tv on the dresser. Very impressed with the room especially for rhe price. Very well worth it and will be bringing a small group with me next time I stay. ALL types of businesses within a quarter mile on the main strip that you could possibly need and just off I85.
Clean hotel, conveniently located to I85 and Gwinnett County. Nice staff, plenty of quality restaurants located nearby & several within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel. Great location & nice for the price.
