“Best place to stay in Duluth”

I love the Edgewater in Duluth. We have been staying there for years. They have roomy , clean, comfortable accomodations, some with breathtaking views of Lake Superior. We even got to see a giant ship come into the port! We were steps away from the Lakewalk. I was able to take a wonderful morning walk along the shore of the Great Lake. We had a wonderful complimentary breakfast. If we would have had kids along, they could have had a blast at the enclosed waterpark, or played outside on the mini-golf corse, playground, or basketball court. (In years passed our children have enjoyed these play areas.) Overall our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The Edge is much more than a hotel. It is a destination to enjoy in itself.

“Best Water Park Hotel we've been to”

We enjoyed the Best Western Edgewater Resort & Waterpark. This is not our 1st time there and we intend to return. The rooms are well cared for, the prices are reasonable, the people are friendly, the waterpark is warm and welcoming, and we appreciate the breakfast that is included with the stay as well as the later check out time. We couldn't be more pleased nor could our daughters. Duluth is a beautiful city. We'll be back.

Our family recently stayed at the Edgewater Resort and Waterpark in Duluth, Minnesota. It was a wonderul place! The kids loved the indoor waterpark. This resort offered a free extended continental breakfast each morning and it was very good. We will definately stay here again, next time we are in that area and would strongly recommend it to others.

very kid friendly place to stay.. outside playground, fire pit to make smores and a miniture golf area.. the arcade was huge. we will foresure be going back!!!

“Willin to repeat”

We stayed for three night with two children under two and four adults, in a two bedroom suite, and had an excellent stay. The rooms were very quiet, with minimal noise pollution. Our son, almost two, had a blast in the water park, if staying two nights with kids the best time to be in the water park is around noon on the full day of stay, its not overcrowded because noon is also the check out time for those not spending another night. Additionally the waterpark is included in the price of the rooms, which makes staying there a great bargain.

The Edgewater is great! Our family had a lot of fun. We were there during the marathon weekend and everything was perfect. Of course we got a free upgrade when we checked in so that was a nice surprise too!!

“Best Hotel For Kids in the Area During Winter”

You really can't beat the waterpark if you happen to be in this area during the winter months. Kids absolutely love it, and it is a welcome break from the winter blues. Included breakfast is a perk, although it is continental breakfast. This was our third time going, and I loved it!!!!

“Best Western Mission Bay San Diego”

I booked here because I was attending a conference across the street. I think the location makes the hotel a good value (right on the beach), but I found the beds a little soft and really didn't have much time to enjoy the setting. I think the ocean-front rooms may be a bit nicer -- it looks like those units are in newer buildings than the section above the lobby where I stayed.

“Designed for families with kids 8 and under”

My 14 year old daughter was a little bored. The waterpark and arcade are perfect for younger kids. The outdoor pool and mini golf are a nice addition.

“Everything you expect from a small water park”

cozy atmosphere never seems over-crowded. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful considering it was a holiday. Computers were down, but staff kept things moving and everyone still was taken care of. Minor wear on rooms, but nothing that affects comfort.
