Chosen as a an overnight for early AM airport departure. Hotel was clean and well appointed. I sent an email three days prior to change my single (single bed) reservation to two pax (double bed), but this was not accommodated due to availability. We made do in the single, but I would have appreciated a response to my email request that a double was unavailable. Room was basic but clean and well thought out. No AC, on an unusually hot night- a weather anomaly to be sure. Be aware that there are many stairs and no elevator. Not a problem, unless you have heavy luggage, as many airport travelers do...

Exceptional and Authentic Airport Fashion Hotel
When I arrived late at night, the person on duty, (Katlin (spelling?) was extremely friendly and professional in checking me in quickly. Due to the fact that I needed to be woken up early (5 a.m.), she asked me if I would need a wake up call and let me know that though it would be too early for breakfast to be served, when I was due to check out, she would provide me with coffee to go. She also volunteered to quickly show me where the bus stop was located, so that I could go on it to the DUS airport. I would gladly return to this hotel in the future, due to the cleanliness and service that I received!

Checkin was like doing us a favor. No help to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Did not get our 6:00 wake up call. The hotel was Ok otherwise

Welcoming staff, affordable, and very comfortable
I stayed at this hotel for the second time, the first time was flying into DUS and then again before my departure. There were other hotels that had a less expensive rate the second time I booked but I booked at Aiport Fashion Hotel because the staff is very friendly and accomodating; the rooms are very comfortable and clean; it's easy to relax before and after a flight; and the convenience to the airport is great! I would definitely choose this hotel next time I fly into DUS.

Nice hotel- great restaurant
Very convenient for the airport with plenty parking and in a pleasant neighbourhood. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant onsite which I did not use. I did use the onsite German-cuisine Wirsthaus which serves local beer and good Dusseldorf speciality dishes. Highly recommended! Rooms are slightly old-fashioned but comfortable and breakfast was excellent. No elevator
