I stayed here for a business trip. The room was entirely clean. It has only few lights and is not bright, so it is quite dark even during the day. But if you just want to sleep, it's fine. The only one disappointing point is breakfast. Japanese food is very tasteless from me, a Japanese.

- hair in shower - shower head water pressure was extremely hard / not bearable to use on skin at all. Highest pressure ever in my life!!!!! - upon arrival lot of non-resident guests where partying in the lobby, asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the first floor right in front of the entrance, where the partying people were talking/ singing and smoking. Receptionist was among them, so I guess they invited friends?! - in the Morning, I was woken by my neighbor who was talking around with high heels in the room for 30min prior to leaving. I went to reception and asked if the guest would stay longer and could be advised that it was extremely noisy. Was advised at reception that customer would check out but feedback will be passed on regardless. Customer didn’t check out and had same problem again next day and had to interact with customer myself for noise to stop. - was woken on both days once more by cleaning staff who were chatting from 7:30-8:30 right in front of my door with no regard for customers. Had (on both days) ask them to go away and be more considerate. Same staff both days and they had no regard for my request. - Change your staff and adjust the shower pressure and all is great.

Pillows were awful they were cushions not pillows, when requested a pillow staff bring a cushion saying its a pillow. Breakfast was dreadful not worth paying 19 Euros.

Very nice
Just a single night stay in this modern hotel close to the main train station. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely with a small separate seating area, a balcony and a Nespresso type coffee machine. The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower plus two wash basins. Everything was spotlessly clean.

It was a reasonable hotel, but did not live up to its 4 stars. The room was equipped with microwave and cooking hob, however no cutlery, crockery or cooking equipment was provided. Limited toiletries were provided and never refreshed once used without having to request them from downstairs. The cups were returned dirty to the cupboard each day. There was a loud air conditioning unit in the room, but it wasn't very effective. Opening the windows was possible, however noise could be problematic

Hotel need to approve above condition.
Overall is OK but 1. shower The water temperature keep up and down. It is uncontrollable 2. The pillow : one is huge another two are too small. I woke up few times because it is not really comfortable 3. Room without temperature control.
