“très bonne surprise”
appartement très spacieux, moderne, avec (superbe!) vue sur mer et à 5-10 minutes du bus. en résumé, un séjour très agréable.

My husband, teenage daughter and myself stayed for 5 nights in Aug 2011. I had read the reviews and was really looking forward to our stay. We were not dissapointed in any way, the apartment was clean, spacious and extremely well equiped. The only draw back was it was a hot ten minute walk away from the bus stop and an even hotter 20 mins walk to "restaurant alley". There was a very small mini market on site which was expensive but again if you walked 15 mins down a hill there was a big supermaket (the hill up was hard work in the heat!). Recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the beautiful city.
“Excellent Self-catering apartments close to Lapad”
We were extremely impressed with these apartments - a large clean, nicely furnished and well-located two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with balcony for the two of us! It came with a very well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, dishwasher and sandwich toaster - although with the rather odd omissions of a tin opener and toaster which I assumed to be an oversight. Practically everything we needed (and didn't need) was provided including washing-up liquid and washing powder. The mini-market was on site, accommodated most of our needs and was open until late. The location was also good as the bus stop and the restaurants/bars of Lapad are a few minutes walk away. A very thoughtful touch was the bottle of wine left for my partner's birthday, which had presumably been noted by the man who checked us in and noted our passport details. He also provided us with lots of information on the surrounding area and useful maps. I had been a little wary of booking these apartments as they are relatively new and didn't seem to have many reviews but I would certainly recommend them.
“Lovely Apartment”
The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our needs. My husband and I were travelling with our two teenage sons, so the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were ideal. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. We hired a car, so were able to get out and about easily. Plenty of on-site parking. Vynka, the representative for the apartments was extremely helpful.
“Certainly Recommend”
I can thoroughly recommend the Pervanovo Apartments. The apartment was spotless, very stylish , flat screen tvs in all rooms, dvd, remote control air con, fully stocked kitchen area and even video entry for our door. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I have experienced when staying away from home. Staff were friendly, very helpful and well informed, I truly cannot criticise anything about these apartments.

Un accueil chaleureux et avec beaucoup de gentillesse à la réception et de disponibilité lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Un appartement très fonctionnel et propre dans un quartier très calme à 4oom de la plage et 4km de Dubrovnik centre.

The apartment is fairly new, spacious and we were on the top floor which has a superb view from the balcony. Having breakfast on a very sunny morning looking at the view was divine. One slight problem was that there was a leak from the shower base which floods the bathroom floor slightly when used.
“You may like it”
A bit away, but once you findyour way around it is only a 30 mins strall from the old town. The bonus is that on your walk you can find some local restaurants, serving croatian, and not only, frare for prices which are very different to the the skinning up the tourist in the old town. It is not a 5 star hotel, there is no pool, but the Copacabana beach is 3 mins walk, and the apartaments was spotless and very comfotrable and well appointed. Very quiet. Very good if if have a car. Could not fault it.
