“L'hotel idéal pour partir en famille ou entre amis”
Le personnel est très sympathique. L'appartement permet d'avoir une vrai indépendance et de créer une ambiance conviviale, c'est (presque) comme à la maison!
“New 2BR Apartments near City Centre”
The Brown Hostel on Lower Gardiner Street has recently completed a building of 2BR apartments that they let out. A living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms were included. The apts are only a 7 minute walk from the "Spire" on O'Connell street at the City Centre. Shopping only a few blocks away as well as restaurants on Talbot Street. 10 minute walk from the tourism bureau and bus tour point. A bit difficult to find and no phone was included in the room (or alarm clock!). The TV was also minimal (but that's not why we came!). An excellent deal, friendly staff and new spacious accomodations make this an excellent choice for your trip to Dublin.
“super studio spacieux très bien placé équipé balcon ... pas cher”
il y a tout ce qu'il faut c'est un vrai petit appart dans un immeuble neuf indépendant tout équipé pour 2 à 4 pers serviettes et drap et ménage quotidien comme à l'hotel très bien placé coeur de la ville = spire tous commerces par le frigo ne fonctionne presque pas
“Perfect place for 4 or more”
We had a good stay at the apartment. The kitchen worked out great for breakfasts, and the 2 bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I, and two friends. The sofa bed was broken, so we made them aware and it was fixed the same day. A little cold no matter what the heaters were set at.
“City Centre Living”
Booked these apartments for a few days with my wife and children. First the downsides: If you live in the city in can be noisy, people in the street, garage gates clanging There is a buzz from the boiler room and we were four floors up and could still hear it in bed (only just). It is not in the best part of Dublin, but nothing you don't get in any city. Plus points: 600 metres from the middle of O'Connell Street Friendly staff Stylish "upside down" living. The bedrooms are below the living room. Great little kitchen The apartment is warm and safe
“Top notch, real luxury”
We arrived in dublin quite early and had to wait until 2:30 until we could check in but the hotel offered to look after our bags until check in. The hotel was clean and really well set out, the kitchen was great(saved on money going out for meals as dublin is mega expensive) the hotels location was great only a tram ride away from any major sightseeing stops, only down side the balocny doors were locked due to noisy residents and we had to hand our keys in if we left the hotel and the area just before the hotel was a little rough but i wouldnt let this put you off as this hotel is really wonderful and luxury made our trip!
“Difficult to find but worth the search..”
The Dublin City Centre Apartments are actually owned by Browns Hotel on Lower Gardiner Street. After much searching and phonecalls we finally found it. They are separate apartments around the corner from the hotel but you check in at Browns. Good, helpful service, central location and nice to have own apartment for the stay. Cheap too!
“hébergement correct et bien situé près o connel street”
appartement agréable et calme, bien situé car proche d'o connel street, mais quelques bémols : fil électrique non branché qui traînait au séjour , Tv qui fonctionnait mal (image neigeuse..) sèche cheveux fourni, mais impossibilité de le brancher à la salle de bains: prise pas compatible!!..a part ces détails mineurs , séjour agréable.. on y reviendra !
“Nice on inside but not outside”
The hotel was new. It was on the third floor with no elevator. Which was a problem when you have suitcases to carry up three flights of stairs. and more stairs when you get inside apartment. the kitchen and tv are on second floor. We had problems with locking the door. The rooms were small but very clean. The location of the hotel was not the greatest. It was located in what they called the projects. Taxis didn't want to go to that area. We had problems getting a taxi in AM to get to Airport. The reception wouldn't prebook the taxi when we requested it. We almost missed our plane.
“Amenities listed not available at the apartment!!!”
The Dublin City Centre Apartment was filled with a lot of hit and miss. The hotel's website listed amenities that were not available/provided at the hotel. Upon arrival, the apartment was not clean, with the dishes, fridge, and silverware looking old and used. The floors were not clean and the bedding, couch and curtains appeared to be from the hostel that this establishment runs as well. The 12in. black and white T.V. with "satellite" DID NOT WORK the entire stay! Also, we had brought a wireless laptop to use in our traveles and the site states wireless internet is available, but we were unable to connect the entire time we were there. The desk clerks would say it's the weather or you have to go to a certain spot in the building and it will work, but after doing these things..Nothing! On the up side, the location is good and there was ONE desk attendant that was especially helpful. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed Dublin.
