Enjoyed a wonderful 3 nights stay in the heart of Dublin. Very close to all sites and Temple Bar pubs and restaurants. Room was lovely and the coffee bar in lobby with complementary fresh fruit was excellent.

2nd stay at the Grafton. Excellent location! Very nice hotel. Short walk to the Temple Bar. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within a minute of the hotel. The hotel bar is very nice as well. Excellent breakfast served. The hotel is a Great place to start or finish your Vacation in Ireland. Spent the last 2 nights of a 9 night vacation at the Grafton. After a week of driving, the proximity of the hotel to Dublin sights allowed me to return my car a day early.

The Grafton manages to be centrally located to Grafton Street shopping while also being quiet and welcoming. I had a terrace room which was lovely. Looking forward to staying again!

The hotel was conveniently located around the shopping district and Trinity College and St Stephen’s Green. The bartenders were extremely friendly and Gerry and Joanne in the dinning area were so plenty and cheerful. We would definitely stay here again. The front desk were always willing to help .

It would have been nice to address these issues while you were staying with us, however, it was not mentioned to us during your stay so we didn't have the opportunity to make things right. As you departed early from the hotel we kindly agreed to a refund that you requested. As it was approximately 6.30am in the morning our AM team was still due to start. The request for a refund also had to go through Expedia and then back to us as it was a third party booking. We then approved the refund for the early departure and issued it later on that day. What a great hotel! Super clean with very comfy bed and room. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast had everything we could have wanted, hot and cold buffet and all fresh and delicious. It is a short walk to the centre and lots of great places to visit. Great pub opposite too (Hairy Lemon). Have no hesitation in recommending this as a great place to stay.

Perfect location to explore Dublin, most things within walking distance and close to tram station if needed. Area was perfect with pubs, restaurants, & shopping all very close. In the heart of the action without feeling like it.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in..I usually prefer Hyatt or Marriott. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. My husband and I were greeted with Champagne when they found out it was my Birthday! Location was superb. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

For being my first time in Dublin, it was an amazing experience. The staff was amazing too. They help my buddy stay In the same hotel when he was staying at one of the sister hotels. No hotel has to do anything like that but they stepped up to help out. Again, an amazing staff and hotel.

The staff make this property! They are all so friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant here are great and such a perk to have on site - especially when other places are too busy. My only complaint is the rooms are too dark - not enough lighting for someone getting ready/ doing makeup- and there are no outlets in the bathrooms for hair tools. It’s aLeo unfortunate that there is no where to put your clothes - you have to live out of your suitcase for your stay. But the rooms are clean, quiet and the beds are comfortable! So overall a great stay and maybe some minor improvements needed :)

The Grafton is amazing! Our stay was very pleasant and we felt at home. The hotel is perfectly situated for a stay in Dublin. Everything was made perfect by all the staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. The attention to detail from our check in by Carmen to the fantastic service at our breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant by Gary, Liluana and Jessica, were second to none. I highly recommend The Grafton and we will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is superb! The hotel is so cute and has a gorgeous bar and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was big and clean! Separate toilet and shower area, which is nice ;) shower was huge. The ONLY reason it was not 5 stars is because the bed was so hard. I had to sleep with 5 pillows lol but even with that, I would stay here again!!!!!

Excellent stay at The Grafton, extended for another night due to Storm Isha. Not a problem for the hotel to accommodate us in the same room. Lovely staff providing good service in the perfect location, convenient for all the visitor attractions in Dublin. Definitely recommend!!
