“Super happy”
Dubai is amazing And this hotel made me and my family super happy
“Nice Upscale Hotel”
You might get a fancier experience for more money elsewhere but The Address is a good place for the money. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the hotel itself was very swanky. Staff were helpful and friendly. About the only real complaint I have is the room service was not good at all. Actually it was pretty much inedible. Otherwise I have a very pleasant and comfortable stay and left happy.

When I walk into the lobby of the Address I stood there amazed at my surroundings. It took me 15 minute to stop smiling and go check-in. When I get to the suite and open the door the room just hugged me and said WELCOME HOME. I think I want a blue print of this place. People we want go wrong if choose to stay with.......THE ADDRESS.

I stayed at The Address for 5 nights whilst on business. The staff are frendly and welcoming, the hotel rooms luxurious and immaculate and the location was great for getting out and about around Dubai.
“Amazing hotel”
The bed was very good. The air condition was easy to use and the lighting was amazing too (bit too much of technology). the bathroom was cool too, massive shower!!! the room was clean and one day there was a sand storm and they cleaned the room 3 times, so no complain at all about the cleaning service. The pool is massive too. If you like to keep fit while you are on holiday, they have the gym on the 3rd floor. BTW on the 14th floow they have the spa for the people who live in the apartments they have from the 15th to 37th floor! I would suggest to use that spa, it's free and they have fresh towels - in the men area there were 2 jacuzzi, 1 steam room and 1 sauna plus showers and toilets (dunno what they had in the women) and you got a nice view too. If you have money to give away then you can use the spa on the 3/4th floor. it's also 10/15 min walk from the main street where there are all the restaurants and the access to the beach Had a great time when i was there and this hotel is pretty cool - it's also connected to the Dubai Marina Mall
“I would Do it again”
The hotel location and condition is first class, reasonably close to airport and shopping malls. I cosider it being a central location. the hotel service is excellent, very clean and very comfirtable for a family in particular.

“Had first time bad experience!!!”
A bad experience can happen at any hotel, however, it was my first experience and it happened at this hotel. I am a female traveling alone and one of the male employees went into my registration info and contacted me and continued and continued. He called my room in early AM to ask me how did I sleep and I'm sure that wasn't his job description. Who has that job at a 5 star hotel? I reported the situation upon leaving. Its now being investigated by their Security Dept.
“Great location, but the bar and nightclub can get rather rowdy”
As a hotel this ticks all the boxes, I have stayed in numerous five star hotels in Dubai and this is up with the best of them. On the forth floor there is a nightclub, open until 1.30am, on a number of nights they have ladies nights (free drinks for ladies) that in turn attracts a lot of highly testosterone charged males that coupled with copious amounts of alcohol spells trouble twice in a weeks a fight broke out over some girl. What became blatantly obvious? was a large proportion of girls were prostitutes and appeared to be staying in the residences attached to the hotel, there is no way the hotel cannot know what is going on, as girls and guys were constantly getting into the lifts and reappearing back in the bar later. It’s a shame, because as the night draws to a close the girls constantly pester you in the bar and become really annoying. Apart from that it is clean and the staff are polite and well trained.
