“Clean and wonderful”
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasing. We stayed for four days and each day everyone there was helpful. The rooms were large enough for us. I liked the small kitchenette with microwave. We used this for our left overs. The rooms were always clean and if we needed anything extra, it was brought quickly.

“GREAT< GREAT>GREAT”
I travel extensively throughout the world, What a great hotel, From check in to check out. No surprises, No issues Everyone was very personable and professional. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The room was perfect and the upgraded view was fantastic/ Clean and peaceful. The pool area was clean and inviting the water was refreshing and clear. Even at the pool the wait staff made sure your umbrella was positioned properly and if you needed anything they were right there taking care of it. The restaurant was very pleasant and the staff was attentive but gave you just enough room to feel relaxed and not rushed. The food was quite delicious. The area surrounding the hotel is clean with lots of different restaurants and stores, being just a few steps from the Train allows you to get anywhere you want to go quickly and efficiently, The train system is very clean and very easy to navigate, everything is in Arabic/English, I live in NYC and have concerns about walking around at night but in Dubai I felt very,very safe, I went into local neighborhoods and the people are friendly, Kind and Respectful. I wish I was able to stay much longer and will definitely return.....
“Will def go back!”
This hotel was great :) It was beautiful and in a great location, next to the subway and restaurants nearby. INcluding a Starbucks that is several doors down. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the room was great. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was large and great! There is also a nice size fridge and freezer along with microwave. The Dubai Mall is a very short distance. I would def go back!
“Impressed”
Superb location on Sheikh Zayed Road - close to the DIFC, Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and other business and sightseeing landmarks. Stone's throw from a metro station, which is a big help. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Amenities include a freezer and a sink! Impressed with what I got for the amount I paid. Staff are friendly and courteous. Didn't dine at the hotel's restaurants but the breakfast was good and offered the kind of variety that would suit the hotel's multi ethnic clientele. The only disappointment - this is supposed to be one of the world's tallest hotel's but didn't get a room with any kind of view in spite of requesting for one during check-in.

Hotel Rotana "Rose Rayhaan" in Dubai was the very best we have ever lived in. we celebrated our 40th Anniversary and all the staff were just Fantastic, from the moment we checked-in ( and free upgrade to premium suite ) until our sad departure 4 nights later when general manager Mr. Daniel Mathew personally farewelled us and even instructed his personal driver to convey us to Etihad's airline office. . We thank all Rose Rayhaan's team for their warm unreserved hospitality and efficiency, we look forward to returning in future and certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Dubai. “I would stay here again”
Very nice hotel. Very clean. Staff were great. Great location as walking distance to new Metro Train, Starbucks, Emirates Towers, DIFC, etc. Note: This hotel does not serve alcohol, but its sister property across the highway does and other hotels close by. I needed to extend my trip by a few days and the hotel accommodated me fairly and quickly.
“Best Honeymoon Ever 2010”
My wife & I stayed at Rose Rayhaan in Dubai for 5 nights on our honeymoon and loved it. All the staff are so pleasant & helpfull, everyone was so polite. the food was great & our room on the 62nd floor was fantastic with breath taking views of the Burj Khalifa, the beach, Burj Al Arab, the world, the Atlantis Palms & Sheikh Zayed Road. There was a lovely surprise sweet for us on arrival & each night we were treated to a different towel art creation left on our bed. The room was huge & stunningly furbished & had all luxury amenities. Also the hotel pool has great views also. Rose Rayhaan is 5 out of 5
