“So impressed, booked trip for next year already!!”
This is the absolute best hotel ever. Everything top shelf-service amazing, very friendly & helpful hotel staff. Our first stay and now will be an annual pilgrimage! We fell in love with the place. Always someone around asking us if we needed assistance - very refreshing to stay here. Beautiful place and really cannot wait to return.
“Fabulous!”
This hotel was well worth the money, we will definately go back. It is worth paying a bit extra for the executive club experience. 100% recommended.
“Outststanding”
Luxurious rooms, awesome view of Burj Al Arab (from Ocean view room), hotel service very good, stunning beach, perfect for watersports.
“Wonderful Dubai”
A wonderful experience at the Mina al Salam .We were impressed with the ambience and the service. On the beach we were well looked after with 'cucumber slices'on offer to soothe our eyes in the heat! We had a great room with a huge balcony at a very good discounted price through Expedia. Lovely to ride on the little boats around the canals to the restaurants of which the Thai was our all time favourite. We will certainly go back.
“Dubai's Best Hotel”
The location of the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were great. In fact, I suggested my other friends the same hotel and they visited Mina A Salam a week after me. They also enjoyed all the facilities. Close to good restaurants. They raised red flag for one day for swimming in the sea due to some red moss that is poisoning. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
“Pricey but worth the money”
Mina Al Salam Sep 2011 (RO) Instantly impressed by the opulence of the reception & the surrounding areas. Welcomed at check in with a drink and a cold towel then shown to ocean view room. Bedroom: huge comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen, large flat screen TV (12 English channels news and movies. Decorated in Arabian style had a small balcony with two chairs and a table. Sofa , coffee table , writing desk and chair. Miini bar (which can be used as a fridge if you shuffle the drinks around) and a kettle with ground coffee and a Cafetière. Bathroom: 2 sinks, walk in shower, a full sized bath sep toilet and bidet. Air con powerful & quiet, hair dryer and safe in troom. Maid and turn down included details of the following day’s activities accompanied by pampering items such as foot spray or body scrub along with a towel sculpture and a full ice bucket. Fresh fruit and water in the room daily. Can use pools at the Al Qasr (by walking or in free Abra boats) & Jumerira Beach (by golf buggy within the hotel grounds) Abras & buggies operate 24 hrs. We booked dinner in the Burj Al Arab (excellent) Pool attendants excellent, laying out your sunbed, delivering complementary ice lollies, orange slices & cold towels & being very quick with drinks Excellent well equipped gym. Expect to pay up to £100 per couple for a modest meal with wine or a couple of beers. Beware of the lunch costs getting away with you too as 3 pints, 2 pina coladas and a pizza was £70 at the pool bar!
“Definatley going back”
We landed in Dubai at 6.30 in the morning and as planned were meet by the limo to take us to the hotel. Our check in was not available until 3pm but the staff looked after us and let us use the lounge, have breakfast and relax on the beach. This was a fantastic hotel with great personal service. Well worth the extra dollars
“superbe hotel”
Trés beau complexe a visiter trés belle plage du trés haut de gamme.
“Heaven on Earth”
The Mina A Salam deserves its 5 star rating. From the moment you arrive in Dubai they treat you like royalty. Fast track through immigration, chauffeur driven limo from the airport, private check in at the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and want to help you all the time. They always have a smile. Everything about the hotel is excellent - there is nothing to fault. I booked an executive room through Expedia and if you can afford it then do it because it saves you money in the long run. There are so many perks, some already mentioned above, plus use of an executive lounge where you can have breakfast, afternoon tea (high tea) and 'happy hour' from 6pm to 8pm where ANY drinks you want are complimentary and served with delicious canapes. Again, chauffeur transport back to the airport at the end of your stay. As a guest at this Jumeirah resort you have access to the Burg al Arab at certain times and complimentary access to Wild Wadi (until September). Abbras take you around the resort if you don't want to walk. Golf buggies are also on hand to drive you around. The housekeeping service is excellent - clean towels twice a day. Bed turned down at night and chocolates on the bed. Complimentary his & her slippers and beach bag. Robes are also provided. There are about 20 eating places available ranging from burgers to fine dining. Beach and pool service is excellent. Sea very warm, pool is chilled! Book and GO!
“The best hotel”
The hotel is just next to Al Burj Arab hotel. You can have a great view of it. The service in there is reamarkable and all the service person is very nice and very helpful. It connects to a market and has a shuttle boat can take you there. So, after dinner if your wife wants to go there, it's very convinient. Great hotel and great service. What else you want?
