The 128-acre Jebel Ali Hotel complex houses two outdoor freshwater swimming pools and one saltwater pool, and borders a one kilometre-long private white sand beach.
The spa offers a wide range of Elemis face and body treatments and features 10 treatment rooms, a specialised Hammam room, a ladies' majlis (traditional Arabic meeting place), relaxation area, spa boutique and an extensive wet area with a spa tub, steam room and sauna. Surcharge applies for treatments and use of facilities.

The Jebel Ali Hotel has 280 air-conditioned guestrooms and suites, set over five floors and accessed via arched corridors decorated with ornate tilework. All rooms come with panoramic views of the golf course, the garden, or the Arabian Gulf and are furnished with sofa beds, dressing tables and armchairs, and decorated with bright fabrics. Amenities include satellite television, DVD player, complimentary wireless Internet access, minibar, and coffee and tea-making facilities.
Dining
La Fontana - Informal poolside bar and restaurant serving buffet breakfast, Mediterranean and international dishes for lunch, and themed dinner buffets. Guests can dine indoors or on the large outdoor terrace overlooking the pool.
Signatures - Contemporary venue offering a menu of world cuisine with an environmental edge. Free-range poultry, sustainably harvested seafood, and vegetarian selections are enhanced with vegetables and herbs grown in the resort's bio garden. Organic wines and champagne.
White Orchid - Offering panoramic views of the gardens and the beach, this bamboo and wood decorated restaurant offers a fusion menu of Chinese, Japanese and Thai specialities, with traditional Teppanyaki table. Open for dinner. Closed on Mondays.
La Traviata - Traditional Italian dishes from Neapolitan to Piedmontese specialities are served along with a selection of Italian wines in a rustic style setting. Open for dinner and closed on Saturdays.
Shooters - Flame-grilled American steaks served up for lunch and dinner in Wild West-style decor. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the clay shooting ranges and outdoor terrace.
Ibn Majid Coffee House - Situated beside the beach and the resort gardens, this modern restaurant serves buffet breakfast, international and Arabic buffet dishes for dinner, and an overnight menu available between dinner and breakfast.
Sports Cafe - Informal café restaurant with outdoor terrace area serving international snacks, light meals, teas, coffees, and juices. Open all day.
The Anchor - Al fresco snack bar situated by the beach serving light dishes and sandwiches throughout the day.
Captain's Bar - Beachfront bar and restaurant serving light lunches, snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Recreation
The resort boasts a nine-hole, par 36, golf course and golf academy with driving range, putting green, and indoor video-analysis swing room. Only handicapped players are permitted to play on the main course; beginners and uncapped players can use the practice facilities and take lessons.
Water sports including catamarans, windsurfing, pedal boats, kayaking, and banana boats are available at the private beach (surcharges may apply). Deep-sea fishing excursions depart from the marina.
Recreational facilities include a shooting club and archery range; horse-riding centre; volleyball, squash, badminton and floodlit tennis courts; and a gym, billiards room and a croquet lawn.
Children aged 3 to 7 can enjoy activities at the mini club, open daily throughout the year.

“Great Hotel!”
The hotel was wonderful, set in a beautiful location away from all the hustle and bustle of City Centre Dubai. Staff and service could not be faulted. Food was excellent - particularly the steak in Bar Joumana, which was cooked to perfection!
“chilled out oasis”
Hotel lived up to the description and the staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble. The surprise birthday cake waiting in our room for my husband was a delightful touch.

“Much more than we expected - We will return!!!”
Absolutely everything we requested was provided to perfection! From the car service pick-up at Dubai airport, being greeted at the resort with a fruit drink, and being given sincere, friendly and professional service in all aspects of our stay! Resort provides a wonderful bus service to major sites into Dubai, making exploring the area, and shopping so easy and enjoyable. Golf course is a bonus, and the spa a wonderful experience. The three pools and beach grounds were beautifully maintained. Not to mention how exotic the resort is - especially with the incredible peacocks that stroll the grounds. The resturants are excellent and provide a great variety of cusines and excellent service. As US Expats currently living overseas - we will definitely return to the relaxing atmosphere of Jebel Ali!

“Perfect for relaxation, will go back again, again and again!”
This was our 4th visit to the Jebel Ali hotel and each time we have been more impressed. Recently refurb has brought the rooms up to date. The staff are awsome and cant do enough for you. The choice of restaurants and bars is endless and the best steak ever can be eaten at Shooters. The three pools are fantastic and the sea is just a few feet away. Plenty to do no matter what age. Thoroughly recommend and will keep going back to our paradise!

This hotel is fantastic, 3 wonderful swimming pools, a great beach and fantastic food! The best part of this hotel is the staff, they are so helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. I would highly recommend this hotel.
“Truly wonderful”
The Jebel Ali is a fantastic resort. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The food was superb with something for everyone. My family and I had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning next year.

I have to say that Jebel Ali Hotel, was fantastic in every way. Me and my wife went for our 16th wedding anniversary and it lived up to our every expectation. So we will be back next year but this time we are coming with family and friends.

hotel very smart and clean. staff brilliant , polite and efficient.Food excellent very varied but rather expensive and drinks very dear . hotel some hour from dubai , good coach transport from hotel. Met many guests who had returned year after year. good recommendations. Weather in july 45 degrees every day. rooms kept very clean, staff very helpful. trips very high priced . all round a superb hotel weel run and very restfull. recomend to buy entertainer book for 1/2 price offers watch some operators as they raise prices when vouchers are used
