in Short, it deserve the best rating in Dubai, from check in till check out was GREAT

We had the most fabulous stay in Dubai. The Intercontinental Festival City was superbly located with easy access to cabs and connected to a shopping mall which was perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful and really added to our experience. We took advantage of the hotel car but cabs were readily available too. There was so much to see and do we will just have to return! The room was spacious and the bathroom was gorgeous with everything catered for. Definitely recommend the hotel and Dubai itself - a perfect place for a family holiday. We loved the Atlantis Water Park but be warned about the lack of taxis outside - we waited an age and eventually had to take the monorail and walk in an unknown district until we found a taxi (by chance). The only slight downside was Qatar Air - the staff were friendly and helpful but on the return journey we couldn't check in online so were unable to sit together. The seat back tv's were not working for our youngest daughter, there was an overhead cabin light that couldn't be turned off above my husband's seat, even though it was a night flight, and the boy next to me had his spotlight permanently on as the controls were not working - not ideal! They were the only negative points on an othewise perfect trip.

The experience was really great, dealt with a lot of experienced staff from all over the world and the bathroom in our room was to die for.
“A wonderful short break”
We have recommended the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai to all of our friends, and would definitely stay there again. The staff were extremely well trained and very courteous. The cleanliness of the whole hotel - public areas and our room - was faultless. When we realized that the remote control on our TV wasn't working properly (it needed a new battery), a replacement was brought up to the room within minutes. The speediest hotel service we've ever had!

What a fabulous hotel!! Having stayed in 2 other Dubai hotel, this one is the absolute best one - I won't even be trying any others! Could not fault one thing about it. Even when we had a dental emergency, the Concierge dealt with this very efficiently, recommending the right place to go & how to get there. We didn't want to come home!

hotel crew was very courtious from the time we arrived till the time we left. very clean, very modern and best of all it was very convenient because the mall was attached to it. I will definetely go back to this hotel when ever i go back to Dubai.
