Extraordinaire hôtel de luxe
Magnifique hôtel ouvert fin août 2022, avec plage privée et piscine, environ 10 restaurants ou bars, et surtout de superbes prestations. Un hall grandiose, des chambres Exécutive avec vue mer panoramique en face et balcon, une spacieuse salle de bains, un grand coffre fort, un véritable bureau pour travailler, des prises USB partout, une wifi de qualité, un Club Exécutive Lounge extra et du personnel aux petits soins… que demander de plus ? Seul bémol : sa situation particulière sur Palm sans accès direct à la route principale qui oblige les taxis, au départ comme à l’arrivée, à tourner plusieurs fois en rond dans les sens uniques de circulation pour sortir ou rentrer dans sa contre-allée (pouvant donner à tort l’impression qu’on nous promène inutilement et rallonge le temps de trajet).

Hôtel neuf et très beau, mais très mal isolé, surtout au niveau de chambres adjacentes, votre voisin est dans votre chambre ! Le service de chambre est au top, mais le service en général manque de personnel, espérons que c'est dû à l'ouverture. La plage soi-disant privée est squattée par les clients du Jones et peut vite devenir bruyante aussi. À surveiller quand les autres restaurants en phase finale de construction vont ouvrir. Le Palm five et son bar de plage "Orange Chameleon" sont aussi assez bruyants.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und obwohl wir gar nicht damit gerechnet haben war unser Zimmer bereits um 8:00 Uhr morgens für uns bereit. Hotel liegt am "Stamm" der Palme und damit an einer Einfahrt zur Marina - was uns aber nicht störte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 13. Stock, daher war auch der Lärm von der Straße für uns nicht störend.

Fantastic hotel, clean, great location on the Palm, and staff/service superb. Only downside was the noise until 2-3am from the Claw BBQ, which was directly below our room.

Although a great hotel in terms of presence and location. The reception staff here are incompetent and borderline rude. There are three tiers of rooms, road view, partial sea view, and full sea view. I paid for a full sea view room, was given an obstructed view of the sea which you can only see once you step onto the balcony. When I brought this up to the staff, in fact the manager they said there’s no such thing as a partial sea view (which is an outright lie - try searching the options for rooms on Expedia). They then asked me to come back in 3 hours for the room change which I did, and the new room still wasn’t ready (!) and to come back in another 2 hours! To which I spoke to the manager again who finally changed it. Was promised a porter to come and help with the luggage who never arrived. Infact when we went to the old room to collect the luggage ourselves, the door had been left wide open with our belongings all on display! Upon checkout I gave this feedback and the reception staff still insisted that there’s no such thing as a partial sea view room and that they did us a favour by moving room. It’s just plain rude and incompetence. You need to check how your price and advertise your rooms! Why was I given an option to pay for a full sea view room which is more expensive than the partial then? Are you duping me? I won’t be booking here ever again!

Stayed for 5 nights family of 3, my daughter age 12 years old enjoyed the pool and the Claw Bar. Staff very helpful, would recommend to all friends and family and will return again soon.
