This hotel is very nice and has excellent layout but too far away from the city. If you don’t mind driving 30-40 min or spending your vacation in traffic you can book this hotel. The villa was very spacious but upon arrival we had literally no toilet paper or face towels, their attention to detail is lacking in my opinion as every hotel I’ve stayed at has these items fully stocked on check-in. Overall nice place but overpriced

Stayed here 2 nights before boarding a cruise ship so I just need a nice clean quiet place to recover from a 15 hour flight. The room was spacious cleans and quiet. Service was great. Nice welcome snack was in my room. The view sitting outside looking at polo field was nice at night w chill music and the cosmos I had were very good even though they were not on happy hour. I like the bar bites menu where you could get a small bite if you weren’t hungry for a big meal. It was a great value for what I needed.

Room for two was fantastic and spacious! I had no issues getting Ubers to get to downtown Dubai. The property is like 20 minutes from downtown. Room service was great. I wanted to try the polo restaurant while there but didn’t get a chance to. Very lovely property and great room service staff. Great service all around.

Great Stay
It was great and an enjoyable stay. Really had a great time walking around the area, seeing the horses and enjoying the green fields. The staff were great Baker and Modi to name a couple. Pity that we don't ride horses but next time we shall endeavour to ride.

The only thing good about this place is the fact that its outside of the main city. Aside from that everything is the same as a normal basic hotel. Personally it wasnt worth the price i paid. I could have gotten better service for less.

An oasis of peace, nature and luxury
We stay regularly at Desert Palm because it is an oasis of peace and luxury away from the craziness of Dubai. The staff are amazing, the rooms are some of the best we ever stay in (always aim for the Polo Suites). Pool is lovely. If you want a quiet getaway just half an hour outside Dubai, this is the place.

Christmas 2018
We loved our 2 bedroom villa and the space was amazing for a family of 5 ( 3 adult children ) The villa has massive kitchens but is not kitted out with any utensils so you can’t use it , which is a massive shame if you are staying for a longer period We had booked a 2 night stay following 5 days at the Atlantis and we were looking forward to a relaxing time Unfortunately the villa are part of a residential complex and on our 2nd night stay the next door neighbors had a very loud all night party We did complain and were offers a late check out the following day but it did really spoil our stay We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely , we ate Lobster and Black Cod and both were probably one of the best we have tasted My eldest is a vegan and chef was very accommodating as nothing really on the menu Breakfast was good with table service , but very slow which wouldn’t normally a problem but some of our party had to check out for a flight on the 2nd day and after waiting for over an hour left without eating ( they did send the food to the villa ) but again spoilt the experience Hotels.com state the hotel to 5 stars but the official rating is 4, I’m not sure I would have booked if known as very expensive for a 4 star hotel We didn’t get to see a polo game but would have loved to have seen one as the grounds were lovely

This was our second time at the hotel. Rooms were looking a bit tired this time and could do with a makeover. Although there is a courtesy car, it will only take you to the Dubai Mall which is a bit of a trek, then you have to make your own way from there and it is quite costly. Nothing near the hotel, not even a shop to buy essentials. Breakfast is a little confusing, there is only a buffet at weekends so you have to order from the main menu and like everything else is it costly if you only want a slice of toast!

I can't begin to explain how much I loved this place. Everything, and I do mean everything, was beyond my expectations. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The views from the room, and everywhere else really, were gorgeous. The food was awesome at the restaurants. Drinks from the bar were excellent, even when I asked for personalized concoctions. Room service was quick and hassle free. Staff was really friendly and ALWAYS helpful. Took a tour of the place, including the stables, which was also great. I really enjoyed my stay here, and I'd like to say thank you to everyone who made it what it was. We'll be back, undoubtedly.

Hotel staff was really helpful and supportive. All of them had great attitude and attention to the details. Hotel room was also really comfortable and pool was amazing too 😉

Great hotel. The services and amenities are all high standard. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait for my next visit to Dubai to stay at Desert Palm Dubai.

Great oasis outside of Dubai City
About 30-mins away from Downtown Dubai, this resort is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We were lucky enough to be able to have our VIP room upgrade to a suite overlooking the polo field. The room itself was very spacious, comfy bed, sitting area and nice bathroom. The only issue was the soundproofing of the windows overlooking the outdoor bar and dining area. On Thursday night the noise was fairly loud. There are two restaurants (one casual Epicure and one more formal one Rare Grill) as well as a bar. Rare Grill's food was great, Epicure's food was simple and decent. Service was generally very attentive.
