We had a long stay in Dubai and we chose this accommodation because of the price. Neither did we know we were in for chaos and mayhem when we arrived to the apartment. So many things went wrong. Firstly, the dirty water coming out of all taps and sink, cooker stove wasn’t working which took 3 engineers to fix, air con wasn’t switching on and the freezer was full of ice inside and on the door and wasn’t shutting at all due to it. We wasn’t happy on the first 2 days because it ruined our plans and day as we had to wait for the engineers. I asked them for a new room but they were adamant to get this apartment room fixed for us. Yes, I can argue with them endlessly but to be honest I did not want to ruin my holiday. Would I recommend this apartment, definitely NOT!

Chance car rental nearby. Supermarket nearby. Couple restaurants nearby. Short walk to Metro station. Breakfast buffet at adjoining property which was very nice. Pool was nice. Gym available. Washer and dryer (one machine) very helpful for our family trip. Front desk staff was helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay next time we are there.

Kitchen was quite well equipped - stove top didn't seem to be working - and microwave had obviously been on fire at some time... cups and glasses not washed properly. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean... bathroom was nice - but cleanliness in general was an issue... there were hairs on the sofa that were not mine... and the floors in general were dirty. Only stayed in the end because the location was perfect for my work that week, taxis were easy to get just outside the door... and I wouldn't have got a refund. The construction work right outside didn't bother me as much as I thought it would.

The Hotel has decent accomodation. However the service lacks a standard of a 3 star hotel. Housekeeping is very poor and to get simple milk sachets it could take hours.

Adel was very kind and coudn't do enough for me. The same could not be said for anyone else. I ordered a meal from room service which I was told would take 1/2 an hour. After I waited an hour and it still hadn't arrived I rang room service again and they said they'd send it right up. AND THEY DID. The same meal that had been sitting in the kitchen getting cold for half an hour. The next night I tried again. This time the meal arrived without cutlery and there was only a knife in the room. Down to reception to get a fork. You could not turn the lights off over the bed without turning the power off for the whole room. No charging the phone overnight and using it as an alarm. No USB charging port available except on the television. The building in the photo is not the Apartments building. It is the Hotel. The kindness of one staff member is not enough to encourage me to come back.

Great apartments!
Beautiful apartment and friendly staff. A little bit out of the way, however, you have walking distance to the metro station as well as free shuttles to various destinations provided by the hotel! 24 hour gym !!

Check in was quick. Rooms are spacious and clean. Shower is strange and everything gets drenched in the washroom when someone showers. Had to call for more towels as 3 towels for a family of 4 is not enough. The restaurants in the sister hotel were very good, the pub was excellent. We ate at the buffet for lunch for 50dhs pp including drinks and specialty coffee, not a bad deal. We ate at the pub for dinner, it was happy hour so we were able to indulge in some wine for half the price. The waiter was extremely nice and brought us our food promptly. We didn’t actually spend the night there as we were flying home later in the evening. We checked out of our beach hotel at noon and booked something close to the airport so we had a place to swim , eat and shower before heading to the airport. I would stay here again. Hopefully next time all the construction in the area is completed. It’s quite the construction site there now.

The location is good if you want to be close to downtown and old part of Dubai. But its far from the new Dubai the marina and JBR ... etc The area is like a construction site so noise and dust..

The hotel is very nice, staff and services are great, close to metro station, free shuttles to malls and metro. TV movie channel's volume can be improved, for whatever reason, the volume is low compared to other channels. Can-opener does not work, probably no one reported it. Can't help the noise from construction in surrounding area, hopefully in our next visit, there are no more construction.. overall very nice stay..

The apartment was great, well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The shuttle buses to key tourist destinations were also fantastic and a huge bonus. The Wifi connection is the only thing that didn’t quite do it for me. It was almost impossible to make FaceTime or WhatsApp calls

Comfortable spotless rooms nothing too much trouble for the staff. Room in need of some tlc. major building site directly next to the excellent swimming pool. Which will eventually block sun most of the day. Would definitely return though.

First time visit, not the last.
Hotel is quite out of the way, there is building work nearby but Dubai is always growing. The hotel apartments itself is lovely, the rooms are really nice, very big and lots of space to make your own. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, there are complimentary shuttle busses to get to the beach, the malls and the airport, if you don’t mind a short drive into the city then you’d struggle to find a nicer hotel at the same price.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, its time for a renovation as beginning to look shabby, the pool area was fine but for the noise from workers building hotel next door , which went into the next night till 5am No Sleep !!!!! there where a couple of prostitutes working from the hotel which was most noticeable. want be back !!!

The hotel is ok but rooms very dirty.
The hotel is ok, however, they never clean, they just put new towels, they don't change the sheets until we asked them to, they never clean the floor, the baby was crawling on the floor and made her clothes all dirty, bc they leave the floor nasty, and bathroom they never put new toiletery, wouldn't stay there again.

Recommended stay.
Unfortunately our room was 606 ,.. which was very noisy during the day because of construction works just behind the hotel. Every thing was perfect we'll repeat but hoping to have reservation at the front side of the hotel.

A comfortable base for business
The Park Hotel is a very peculiar hotel because it was built as living accommodation not as a hotel. Consequently all the rooms are like apartments and therefore very spacious. The number of square meters you get per Dirham is very good. The location is a bit out of the way as well, but handy for the airport and business district, if not for beaches. There is no evening restaurant or bar, but you can order food in. There is breakfast, which is perfectly adequate, if not sparkling. So overall you have a very good place for a business person to stay for a few days or a few weeks. I didn't use the pool or gym.

Staff at reception were amazing, very friendly and gave 110% They helped me with my car rental and wen above and beyond on their service. Check in was quick and simple Room was clean and spacious
