We had a pleasant stay. It has almost everything we needed, well almost because there's not enough choice on television and we has a connecting room the other tv doesn't work, at the end of the day after all the walking around sight seeing sometimes you just wanna see what one tv but not much choices, but other than that we enjoyed our stay, they have a gym, pool, the location is perfect close to all the shops.would stay here again.

During my stay at the hotel, I found the ambience to be pleasant and comfortable, with the air conditioning running effectively. However, as a person who is sensitive to cold, I found the room to be excessively chilly. The bathroom was aesthetically pleasing, but I noticed that the bathtub was in need of renovation. Additionally, the water temperature was quite cold, despite the warning provided. I believe it would have been appropriate for the hotel to offer a discount given this issue. Unfortunately, I observed some issues with the service during my stay. The bathroom appeared to have been cleaned hastily, as I found a toothbrush on the floor. Additionally, I was not offered assistance with my luggage upon arrival. I would recommend that the hotel pay close attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, as the remote control was found to be quite dirty, and the portraits on the wall were in need of dusting. Despite these issues, I would recommend the hotel to others, with the caveat to pay attention to the cleanliness and service.

Good hotel with a good location: close to Al Rigga metro station, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The breakfast was just ok and could be improved. For instance, the coffee machine was not working properly and there's a lack choice for the juice. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel.

This is the 4th time i am staying at this property, but it is probably the last time i will ever stay here. The room that gave me which was supposedly non smoking, was smelling like a cigar factory. When i reported it, they didn't change the room and they sent someone with a spay. They didn't offer me any upgrade although i am a platinum member. They refused to cooperate with late checkout and they made me pay for an extra night.

I stayed at this hotel multiple times. Location is great within a walking distance from alot of things. Rooms are clean and updated. Gym/Sauna is nice and good for most purposes. Parking is a bit tight so can get real tricky specially if you have a larger vehicle. Would like to see more in-house dining options. Now the main reason I always chose this hotel: staff are wonderful and very polite and helpful: special thank you to Mira, Tazi, and all the other great folks there for going above and beyond.

Hotel is located in an amazing spot within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, stores and entertainment. Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. Special thank you to Tazi at the front desk and Mohamed Ajaj (room service) for providing exemplary service and going above and beyond. Hotel has a nice small gym and sauna. I only wish the hotel had more dining in options. Would definitely return.

The location of the hotel is amazing. That’s the main reason I stay there, cause it allows me to go on walks anytime of the day. Most of the staff are great and helpful. Gym is decent. Cons: room was too small. Sound insulation is not great so can get real noisy is you have any rowdy neighbors. The car parking is real tight so can get tricky parking there. They need a lunch/dinner decent restaurant as I had half board and I hardly used it as the dinner is only 3 menu choices that are the same everyday and and takes forever to get the dinner ready. Breakfast was alright but overall I wouldn’t book half board again. Enjoy the surrounding restaurants instead.

If u r looking for the 4 star ...it us not ..but received good service for the amount as it was discounted through expedia ...if u can get to 60 usd or 80 cdn per night ..money worth ..dont bother breakfast enough restaurants arround for cheaper than 70 dhirham they ask for ..
