Nice hotel, we liked things except for the tiny bathroom, who designs these spaces? The noise from the pool made the noise level quite high. Had trouble hearing TV in the evening thanks to their volume limit programmed into the TV. Good beds, a little hard but still comfy. Room temperature was great and control was very good.

Clean, spacious, in very good condition suite. Nice pool and huge parking lot. Stuff’s knowledge of English is ok.

This is a Premier Best Western which offers a pool and restaurant. The hotel itself could use some upgrading. For a premier hotel the room amenities were very basic. This was a one night drive through stay for us. The attached restaurant was lovely and the food of high quality which reflects the price. For this type of stay we prefer a complimentary self serve breakfast in morning. All in all it provided our need of a comfortable good nights sleep.

Everything was great except for the rooms next to the indoor pool. The humidity level and odour was very uncomfortable. The hotel was fully booked with no option to change rooms. I would advise to ask for a room away from the indoor pool. Everything else was very good.

The staff were great. The property was a bit dated for the price we paid. There is no continental breakfast like we enjoyed at other Best Westerns in the past.

I will definitely stay here again. Rooms are clean spacious. The onsite restaurant was amazing. The pool & hot tub were wonderful. The staff were fantastic.

Older hotel and rooms, bottom floor has access to pool area which is convenient but doors are older so it can be noisy. Rooms are clean but bathroom had mild on grout. Noisy reception hall didn’t help the noise on a Saturday night. Small gym with decent equipment.

The room was so cold that the air conditioning automatically turned off after 10 minutes, and the attendant knocked on the door at 8am to clean the room, and again at 10am.

It was convenient off the highway for a late night stop. Friendly receptionist. Only negative was no fan in the bathroom... unless it was automatic and we did t notice it.

J'ai été réveillée en pleine nuit par des clients qui tentaient d'entrer dans ma chambre. J'ai avisé la réception et malgré tout, un employé a debarré et ouvert la porte. Tout ce qu'on m'offre pour compenser le désagrément c'est 80$ de rabais sur une prochaine nuitée. Il faut donc que j'y retourne pour être compensée.
