“Perfect Location”
Perfect location in Dresden. Clean, quiet, large suite with everything in perfect condition. Large, fresh bathroom with shower and small washing machine. The TV includes movies, some in English (on channel 29). Breakfast is 12 euros extra, but it's worth it and is offered a 2-minute walk away on Salzgasse at an affiliated local restaurant. Ten percent discount at this restaurant offered to Aparthotel residents at other times. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended. The Muenzgasse branch of Aparthotels is accessed through a small alley; don't let that deter you. Reservations and check in are handled by the Dresden Tourist Bureau; don't let that deter you either--the info in the bureau is invaluable for your stay! Restaurants, museums, and others sights--including the beautiful Frauenkirche--all within minutes walking distance. Highly recommended for a pleasant "at home" stay where you can have your wine and cheese quietly in the evening.
“Awesome location-perfect”
Will definitely return
“very comfortable self-catering apartment. In future avoid breakfast at restaurant as too expensive”
A business self catering apartment well situated in centre of old town with lounge and kitchen as well. breakfast available at their restaurant down the road, but at 12 euros per person is very expensive. Plenty of cafes around which I would use in future. Happy to stay at the apartment again.
“Great Location Great Price”
Extremely nice location close to everything. We are very happy to have found this place to stay. One bedroom and living room. It's great to have the kitchen and a wash machine during our stay. Restaurants are just all around the location. Only complain is that you have to walk up the stairs to the reception office. If you travel with more than 2 people, just have one person watch the stuff downstairs, while the other person check in to avoid carrying luggages up to the reception office. Also be aware of the taxi service next to this place. We had a bad taxi driver who charged us 30 euro to go to Schloss Moritzburg while it should only cost less than 25 eruo. He drove more to jack up the price and even though we told him to stop already. So ask for a price before you take taxi to schloss Moritzburg. Also the reception people are not helpful to give much details, they would rather you take a tour through them which costs 80 euro per person. It's also possible to take S bahn and bus to schloss Moritzburg, but find out the bus schedule first because the bus only goes there like once an hour, otherwise it's the most economic way.
“Great location”
We were in Dresden with or two daughters for a three-day trip. We are lucky that we found this hotel in the heart of the city. The apartment had two nice bedrooms and a small kitchen. Perfect for a family.
“reasonably priced hotel/apartment in central Drsden”
Centrally located with cooked breadkfast, clean big room with tea making facilities plus a micro wave oven. quiet plus free internet. perfect.
“Light, bright and quiet”
The apartment was in the centre of Old Town which meant easy access to lots of points of interest, especially Frauerkirk, and close to the boat quay Staff were very helpful. Our unit was quiet because it was at the back of a building. The walk from the main train station was 20-25 mins, but flat and easy, and walking allowed us to understand the layout of things. Good supermarket close.
“Great Location!”
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Terrific location, easy parking, clean and comforatble appartment.
“Great Location!”
Tucked away in a little side street off of the main square where the Frauenkirche is, the Aparthotel can be hard to find. Luckily we had read reviews and our taxi driver knew where to go (he dropped us off behind the hotel). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised by size of rooms and cleanliness of place. Our bathtub had a funky shape which made showering kind of difficult, but everything else was perfect. Even had a washing machine (no dryer though). Rooms looked out on side street which was very lively in the evening. However, windows were pretty good at keeping out the noise. We were three people so besides the two twins (double) in the bedroom we had a rollaway in the living room. Still, there was plenty of room and we didn't feel crowded at all.
“Great Stay in Dresden”
The hotel is in a great central location, steps away from the Frauenkirche and the Elbe River. Getting to our apartment was a bit strange - we had to enter through an entrance in the back parking area, but it really didn't bother us at all. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and came very well equipped - free wi-fi, hair dryer, even a washer/dryer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Dresden!
