Dear Guest, we are sorry for choosing the wrong connection to our hotel. It must be a disappointment when paying the taxi price and not knowing it in advance. Certainly, the stay was already marked as a negative choice. However, the distance between the airport and our hotel is slightly far compared to the hotels around the airport. Due to that reason and costs, we do not provide a shuttle service. A taxi is certainly expensive but we are pleased to give information of a direct bus connection from the airport to our hotel for just 3,30 €.
