It was in a decent area with dining options close by. The vibe in the lobby was good. We enjoyed having breakfast in the morning there. The staff was super nice and helpful. My husband had dropped his phone and a kind guest returned it to the front desk and they got it to us right away. We had a good view from our window. And all in all it was fine. They only drawbacks were it needs updating badly, the sink and bath drained slowly, and it seems not sparkling clean which i believe is mostly because it needs updating. All we really care about when we travel are clean sheets and a clean bed to sleep in, we dont spend much time at the hotel. One more thing, our flights were delayed over 10 hours. I called them and let them know we would not be in until the next day. When we arrived it was no problem and we checked right in.

Room smelled of a smoker, had to open window and run fan. Stains on floor and lamp shades too. Staff friendly and accommodating, room just disappointing.

Building in terrible disrepair, my room was filthy and had feces on the floor. Other guests were loud and I could smell marijuana. Very surprised to find a La Quinta in such bad shape especially bye the world arena??

Conveniently near event I was attending. Access to dining and entertainment options is convenient. Noise from hallway was a concern. I was hoping the swimming pool was available year round however it is seasonal & closed during my stay.
