The rooms were large enough for all of my grandchildren and us. They were cleaned early. The staff were so friendly, that my grandchildren knew all of them by name.(the maintenance, the housekeeping, the front desk) smile They were all so nice and business like as well.
This B&B is located close to downtown, but in the older residential section. It is very close to Colorado College. Our room was ready early in the day and the caretaker called to inform us the room was ready anytime we wanted to check in! The house is very quaint, the breakfast was a full hot breakfast, and the beds are the most comfortable I have had away from home!
Overall experience was very good. Rooms are updated and the location was close to restaurants, shopping, and area attractions in southern Colorado Springs. Like having a choice in pillow firmness also! Staff was very courteous and helpful. Only drawback was the vanity is not very wide so there isn't much room to put toiletries, etc. on either side of the sink, which is only a minor inconvenience.
Mark and Lynn are two of nicest people we have met in the States. We felt we should have paid a lot more for the room, and after messing up the dates, they let us change them free of charge. The bnb is located central in CO Springs and is an easy walk to cages and shops. If you are looking at this price range, you will have a much better time staying here than at a best western/motel 6 type of establishment.
