“Great Stay!”
Very clean and nice environment- All staff friendly! Great place to stay:) My family was very pleased.
“Slumber Party!”
I always have my kids Slumber Parties here. The kids sleep in the living room sofa bed & husband & I get our privacy! It's a win win situation! Kids love the VIP treatment as well as we do.
“Fitness room comment”
I was quite surprised with the size (small) of the fitness room for the size of the hotel. However, the fitness room served my needs.
“Great location, great hotel”
This was a fantastic hotel. It's close to all sorts of restaurants and a large shopping mall down the street. Great service, business center and rooms. The only negative was that the elevators are a bit slow. Will definitely go back!
“Better than Expected!”
When travelling with a party of five we looked for a hotel central to Disney Land (for granddaughter) and one not too far from Hollywood (for daughters); and obviously one which was good value (for us)! The Embassy Suites Hotel in Downey lived up to our expectations and more. The staff were friendly, the hotel was lovely; rooms spacious, car park just by front entrance, and we had the added benefit of having breakfast included within the price, which we were not expecting, and a good variety on offer. When chatting to a local businessman in the sauna one day, he even told us he always stayed at this hotel when on business, as the best hotel around - which says it all! We've also stayed in numerous hotels around the world (frequent travellers) and would definitely recommend. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

The entire experience was great. Happy hour and breakfast lines were short. The staff was pleasant and curteous. Even though the elevators broke down one night I would happily stay there again.

They have the friendliest staff. Very helpful, always smiling and go out of their way to greet their guests like old friends. What a wonderful experience. I would most definitely recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure. The free breakfast was delicious, freshly made and appeals to any diet. The ambiance was wonderful.
