“Very Convenient, good hospitality”
Overall nice place to stay, good customer service, very prompt and curtious. Towels too small and pillows flat only complaints.
“A very pleasant and memorable stay”
I stayed at this Inn while visiting family in LA. The location was very convenient for me as I have family both In Orange and LA County. I was very happy with the courteous and friendly service I received during my stay. The rooms were average size but definitely very clean and comfortable for a couple say stay. I will definitely be returning back to this property on my next visit to Southern California.

Management was very nice and made sure everything was as needed... very friendly! My experience at this hotel was great and I would go back next trip to Downey.

We loved everything about this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. Close to Universal Studios and restaurants. Room clean and nice. Very pleased with our experience. Would definitely stay again.
“Great value hotel”
Tiny front office for registration but efficient service for advance reservation. Free wifi and parking. Clean room. Water pressure and hot water is excellent. My only gripe is that they provide low quality towels. For the price that I paid, it's a great value hotel.

Our room was very nice. The beds and pillows are amazing!!! Breakfast was great!! Would stay again at that Hotel again!!!!

It was quiet and very clean. the staff was friendly, the only thing was the room that we got smell a lot like cigarette . Other than that no complains would stay there again

This hotel service was wonderful. The bed was mad and clean. The bathroom was clean and sanitary. Parking was not a problem for me; there were a lot of spaces. The check in was easy, simple, and fast. Staff was really friendly and always wanted to help out.

American Inn was the cleanest hotel I ever stay in. The front desk was really helpful; I got to the hotel really late. The parking was so convenience, I park in front of my room. The room smells really nice. The king size bed is really big, the bed so comfortable. The room is so clean, and the restroom really clean too. I recommended to anyone who wants to have a good night sleep that feel like home, stay in American Inn.
