Overall I enjoyed my time at Bally’s. The rooms definitely need to be renovated. The bed area made a weird noise every time i shifted to hard. Not much around. Easy parking. Nice and accommodating. They don’t have a business office, and I needed to make copies. Front desk was able to print my copies. But they are good dining options around.

Very outdated rooms, felt like I was in my Grandmas guest room. Mold in bathroom shower , hair on the floors in bathroom and the beds were uncomfortable, pillows were hard , refrigerator was not working, guest service was mediocre . No pool which was disappointing for it to be a resort hotel and restaurants were expensive with limited menus! We were extremely underwhelmed and disappointed 😔

I like that the fire alarm would go off at 2 o'clock in the morning in my room for at least half hour on and off and interval not allowing me to get any sleep for the night and all the staff could say was sorry for the inconvenience.

Parking is a nightmare. Never found a handicapped space. Had to walk quite a distance. Dim lighting in the lots. My son tripped in the dark. Desk clerk offered him bandaids. Seemed to not be too concerned. I know I won't be back!!!

Lack of food/dining options. One of the front desk staff unfriendly attitude. The rooms are sparse on convenience. The coffee in the room is terrible. And there is no other convenient option for getting a good cup of coffee. We had to drive to get coffee. There are only 4 chairs in the gigantic lobby. And a concrete gazebo?? Total lack of any wow factor.

Surprisingly quiet stay at this hotel. It was reasonably priced, very clean, and helpful staff. The shower was disappointing- it needed a soak in CLR, but otherwise a good stay.

Not allowed check-in 25 mins prior to 3:00 pm/told I would have to pay $25 to check in earlier. No staff greeting, no thank you, no engagement whatever. Staff at front desk behaved as entitled union employees, both at check-in and check-out. This hotel is the example of how not to manage a hotel, and I know as I spent my career in the hotel business: from GM to SVP Ops to COO of hotel companies. Bally's in Dover is pathetically bad and the property and corporate leadership should be ashamed of their obvious disengagement. - Al Wiles

The only downfall is that they don’t renovate the rooms. The furniture is old, the tile is the shower is old, even the alarm clock in the bedroom isn’t modern to play music. The location will always be top tier because it’s the casino of course ! Downstairs there is the sugar factory and fire and ice bar which features live music on some nights. I just wish they would upgrade the decoration and styles in the hotel room or bathrooms.

I stayed in room 440. The mattress was of poor quality. When I layed down on the matress I could feel the springs in it. Which made my sleep/ stay very uncomfortable. I woke up and it felt like I had the spring stuck in my hip. I’m very disappointed.
